Isolated house on the heights of Lastours. Stunning countryside views. You will appreciate the calm and the presence of special neighbors (deer, roe deer...). Enjoy this studio built in a container! In the middle of nature, the stream next door, the Nordic bath with wood fire... and (the jacuzzi often available on weekdays on request). I can also serve you; a meal with aperitif, local starter, farm meat, cheese dessert wine... A south-facing terrace area with plancha, table, chairs, umbrella, sunbathing. The accommodation with kitchen is designed for 2 or 3 people with folding bench. Nearby, go-karting, 2 castles, rail bike.

My little house is located 20 minutes from Limoges and 5 minutes from Nexon. (20 minutes from Highway A20) A lot of charm for this large living room with fireplace, (wood for a fee) dining room with well-equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric oven and two gas burners) open to the garden. Bathroom with toilet and window. Mezzanine bedroom with baby bed, on request. Sofa convertible into a 120 bed for one person TV and internet access.

At the gates of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park, located in a cul-de-sac with 3 houses, the road continues for 300 m. 25 min from Limoges and the highway, tobacco bar, grocery store and bakery, pizza distributor and children's playground 4 min, all shops 10 min (Aixe-sur-Vienne or Chalus).
