We rent out a newly built and bright 1-bedroom apartment in the basement of our townhouse. The apartment has a separate entrance, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. There is in-floor heat and balanced ventilation in all rooms. It comes with parking space for passenger car on the plot. Granåsen ski resort is a 5 min drive by car or about a 20 min walk away. To the city center in Trondheim it takes about 17 min by bus/car/tram. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the apartment and the tram stop is 6 minutes walk from us.

Electricity and there is wood burning and access to firewood. Outdoor toilet. Simple standard. There is no running water, but water is available in water jugs. Cozy and intimate.
