Good sunny patios, and gas grill. Various children's equipment; bed, chair, swing, sand box, toys. Road all the way up (see other information). From the cabin there are many great hiking opportunities, kayaking, diving, fishing, etc. To Hanshelleren, which is a unique climbing area it is about 4 km. 7 km from the cabin there is a shop with good selection of goods and restaurant.

Cozy rorbu at the seafront in Kjærsundet, 5 mins from Lauvsnes city centre where you can refuel the boat from the jetty and there is grocery store close by. The Zanzibar Inn is also located on the edge of the pier. Lauvsnes also includes a fast charger for an electric car. The apartment is bright and modern and fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, freezer, hair dryer etc. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room.
