Born and raised in Faial, i have a wonderful family and I love to travel and meet new people! I spent quite a lot of time renovating this house completly! This was designed to be a real home and I think this makes a difference! The view to Pico island and to the sea blow us way! Exactly in the center of Horta, the house is confortable and the kitchen well equipped: with fridge, microwave, washing machine, oven, dishwasher and hob. 10 minutos walk away from Peter Café Sport and Porto Pim beach.

João’s Airbnb was meticulously clean, well equipped, with lots of extra touches and exceeded all of our expectations. We could not have chosen a better location to end our three week trip to the Azores. We were greeted by João and he was very welcoming, accessible and easy to communicate with. We were centrally located close to Horta, the ferries and all major attractions on Faial, plus being right on an amazing black sand beach and surrounded by beautiful views. Would highly recommend and look forward to a return trip soon. João was truly a super host!

The interior of the sailboat features a cozy dining area with a wooden table set for a meal. Comfortable seating areas are arranged around the space, with blue cushions and colorful patterned fabric. A compact kitchenette is included, along with wooden cabinetry and a rug on the polished floor.

A Maria e o João foram os anfitriões mais amáveis que já tivemos! A receção calorosa que nos fizeram, a ajuda prestada perante algum percalço, a preocupação com a nossa estadia na ilha... E passar pela experiência de dormir num barco na Mariana da Horta é qualquer coisa! O espaço é muito cuidado e confortável, o ambiente calmo e a localização excelente, com a particularidade de podermos estacionar o carro dentro da marinha. Mil estrelas para os anfitriões e para o seu barco!
