Walk Downtown-Cozy House

Park on the premises, walk 2 blocks to the heart of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Cozy one bedroom house affectionately called 'Hobbit House' for having low ceilings, especially in the bathroom (see description for details), queen bed, well stocked kitchen, private front porch. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a very relaxing place to be so close to downtown! No TV but has lots of reading material to learn about the area. No A/C. I have 2 other separate places next to Cozy House.

Built in 2017 on a quiet street in historic downtown Flagstaff. A 10 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff, 2 blocks to Thorpe park and unlimited hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes.

This is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to check out the downtown scene and be walking distance to great restaurants, shops, events and more. The space includes a bedroom and a small kitchen with all of the essentials that expands into the living room area. The cottage is attached to our family home, so quiet hours are from 9 pm on.

Classic urban apartment next to NAU

Classic, ultra convenient, nicely furnished apartment located within walking distance to Whole Foods, Lululemon, REI, Orange Theory , Pita Jungle, as well as all downtown restaurants and breweries. Plenty of hiking nearby and easy access to Flagstaff's urban and mountain bike trail system. We are one block from NAU campus. This is a clean comfortable urban environment with plenty of activity out your door step. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for home cooked meals.

Enjoy your stay at this large newly renovated one bedroom in the heart of downtown Flagstaff. The unit has a large fenced backyard that opens into the unit. Conveniently located on Humphreys close to the action of downtown, Snowbowl ski mountain, hiking and biking trails. The bedroom has a large king size bed and a work desk. The living room has a queen pull out sofa in addition to a large flatscreen TV. Plenty of free parking and room to relax & enjoy Flag!

Best Downtown Flag Location

Xmas tree lighting event 12/7 right across the street. Located among artist studios and culture, restaurants and dining, and a vibrant nightlife. The space is upstairs on the second floor of a building listed on the National Historic Registry, and located across from Heritage Square. We are 30 miles from Sedona and 75 miles from the Grand Canyon. We are also 14 miles from Arizona Snowbowl. With 3 different ski rental shops with in a few miles.
