Second time staying, as great as I remember! Amazing hosts! Will definitely return when we're back in the area!

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Easy to find and access. Everything in the apartment is beautiful and new and clean. We are older and are not tech savvy but we managed. Everything you need is provided. There is a Publix a few steps away if you need to stock up on anything. Restaurants and coffee shops close by, awesome parks a short drive away and a lovely quiet beach across the street. Wish we had more time but only could stay a weekend. Would recommend, lovely apartment and very nice responsive hosts. Enjoyed our time here !

As soon as we walked in, I was truly in my happy place. Decor was bright and perfect for the beach scene and that first view of the water as you walk in is breathtaking. I would definitely love to come back here, didn’t want to leave! I’m a bit of a germ a phobic, but it felt clean enough to walk barefoot, which I never do in places we stay! Thank you!

This was the second year that we stayed at this location. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and accommodation. We felt right at home. If you’re looking for a relaxing quiet location this is the place to stay.

We absolutely loved this place. The pics looked just like the place. The patio was amazing. The pool was very nice. We did have a little trouble getting to the place but Tami was very responsive and helped us out. We also couldn't figure out where the tennis/pickle ball courts were at first. Once we found them, it was easy to get to them. We definitely would stay here again. All the walking trails were amazing.

We enjoyed our time here!! Everything was clean and orderly, when we needed something, it was easily communicated. We felt so lucky to be able to walk from our patio to the beach everyday! Would definitely come back.

The unit is just as described and Margarita is an incredible host! The beds are comfortable, just about everything you need is supplied, and the unit is incredibly clean. Margarita was SO responsive and even let us know that the unit was available for us to check into early! The time we came, the beach was under construction so the beach access was moved down a bit. This was not a big deal at all for us and none of the construction interfered with our stay in the least. Obviously this is completely out of the host’s control, and our stay in her unit was great! :)

Gina's home is beautiful. The location to the water is very close once . The path through the back yard is very convenient with a crossing light at A1A for safety. We just sat on the bench overlooking the ocean. The perfect spot for a sunrise. Gina is a new host who is working hard to make her guests happy. The apartment is spotless! We look forward to another visit.

We had the best time at The White House. It was a beautiful condo that sits directly on the beach. Everything was practically new and we had just what we needed. Great decor. Lovely hosts. Breathtaking views

We were in Unit C it’s a beautiful space with small kitchenette and really nice bathroom, everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The pool, patio and deck/BBQ is shared with the other renters of the property which is a great way to meet other people. The only downfall was that we didn’t have access to washer/dryer in Unit C but after reaching out to property manager she let us used the facilities of the unit B which was great. Nice clean place that I definitely recommend. Flagler’s beach is not to far very nice beach, groceries and restaurants are close buy and it’s easy access to I-95. Again really nice, quiet location for vacation.

If you want to sleep with the sounds of the sea, I encourage you to rent it. Nichole was a warm host, dedicated, and answered faster. The apartment has everything you need, until minimum detail. Thank you, MA

We were made to feel really welcome . The unit was exceptional in cleanliness , comfort and close to shopping, restaurants and activities for us. It was peaceful and quiet, and we felt right at home immediately, it is very cosy. We really enjoyed our time there and the time we spent interacting with our host. The best rental we’ve ever had. Sabrina was so friendly and so easy to get along , we had immediate response with any questions we had, and this made our stay much more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone , perfect for a couple.

There is construction to the beach and it may be a small eye sore. But they are improving the beach from the hurricanes. We had no problem walking down to the beach. It's across the street. It was super quiet and I loved being near Daytona, but having the quiet of Ormond. Which is exactly what I was looking for. Pool and beach towels were provided, as well as bathroom and kitchen supplies for cooking. There is a coffee maker as well as beach chairs in the garage. I liked parking in a garage. There are several board games. We played Ormond Beach Monopoly for 3 days. On a rainy day, we went and played an escape room. We had so much fun as a family. Highly recommended.

Nicole was extremely responsive and helpful. The condo was exactly as described (honestly better than described), and spotless. The decor was pleasing and matched the vibe of cinnamon beach. The location overlooked a pond that was beautiful at sunset. The rooms were separated in a way that provided privacy for all. We would love to stay again in the future.

Beautiful condo in an excellent location. Only draw back would be trash removal as you have to go around the building to the dumpster which is a bit of a hike. Overall a wonderful option for stay, beautiful condo and surroundings with an excellent host!

This was our 2nd stay here. We love being right on the beach! Adult pool is great (we didn’t visit the other pool). 5 people stayed very comfortable. Love the Flagler Beach restaurants 15 mins away. Balcony great for morning coffee with a view of the sunrise! Our 2 shih tzu puppies felt right at home! Alina is super responsive and helpful.

It was exactly as described! The view was beautiful. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely book it again, when back in this area.

This place is absolutely fabulous. It is exactly like the picture and we loved the added touch (available novels to read, beach towels, games, etc.). It's tucked back in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. The community is very welcoming. The grill has amazing food and drinks. We loved that there were 2 pools to choose from, one more for adults and the other for families. We go some place different every year and we are thinking about coming back:)

Renee’s home was perfect for a relaxing, no stress weekend away. The unit was exactly as listed and everything was new, very clean, and well stocked!!! We enjoyed every minute of the beautiful, quiet beach in the front yard and the pool/spa in the back yard. We will definitely re-book with Renee in the future !

great view, plenty of space for 5 of us and Melanie is a great host. only complaint, and this isn't a hit on the host or the property, but there's a 3$ toll to cross a bridge from the town to the area where the condos are. you could drive 15 minutes around but it seems like a needless hassle on the state's part
