Vacation rentals with a kayak in Flacq District

Our expectations were surpassed. We couldn't have ended our tour in a better place. We felt very comfortable from start to finish. The place is exactly as described, the hosts very friendly, helpful and warm. The beach section is perfect and the water is crystal clear and also perfect for snorkeling. We spent a wonderful week at Jean-Michel's house, with our 1.5 year old child. The house is very pleasant to stay in, with a beautiful garden and direct access to the pretty beach of Pointe d'Esny. Ideal for snorkeling: corals, a multitude of pretty fish… but also a lot of sea urchins, so it's better to have water shoes! The house is perfectly equipped, and the icing on the cake: optional housekeeping and cooking service. A real plus, especially with the delicious Mauritian dishes prepared by Nadine - a big thank you to her! The location is also great, close to Blue Bay, perfect for baby to splash around in peace. We'll be happy to go back!

Fantastic location, directly on the beach, really quiet. House is decorated with taste and really feel comfortable. The pool is not too deep so rather safe. The beach is really quiet and nice. Swimming is easy and not deep for a long while. East coast is more exposed to wind but end of June we had pleasant weather every days, despite some occasional rain that never lasted long. Asmita the cleaning lady is really friendly but also knows to be discreet. She was really taking good care of the house and us. It’s a real plus to have her. A car is a must to quickly go around, shopping or for dinner. We hope to come back one day.

Very cool location, access to the water and it's almost private! Quiet and cozy place! A large house with good beds and pillows (not high or stiff), it is always important for us) Natalia was very friendly and even cooked a welcome dinner ❤️ I really liked the terrace, very cozy! Definitely recommend!

Out stay at the Catch Up Time villa was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the ocean and the charming, well-maintained surroundings. The villa itself is spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. There were indoor and outdoor games available which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were welcoming, attentive and made sure on daily basis that everything was OK. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for either a peaceful retreat or looking for fun with family and friends.

What a perfect location right on the beach and a beautiful bay. It is a rustic fisherman's cotage with 2 bedrooms each with its own toilet, shower and basin. Very well equiped with microwave, gas stove, pod-coffee maker, weber barbecue, beach towels etc. Dominique very graciously lent us some snorkels and diving fins which we used every day to snorkel on the reef. We viewed the most amazing sunsets (and sunrises) from the comfort of the "lounge" Which is actually a covered veranda. The veranda has electric rollers so you can close it for security. There is a cleaner that comes in every weekday morning and a security guard that patrols every night. However, we never felt unsafe. Take mosquito repellent, there are loads of mosquitoes. There is a nice supermarket called "Winners" approximately 1,2km down the road that has everything you may need. If you walk north along the beach to the next bay, you can book canoes and boat rides from the beach. Will stay here again, highly recommended.

The pictures dont do the place justice. Our stay has been amazing, the house is really cozy, the garden refreshing and the beach is absolutely stunning ( and peaceful)! Mila, our housekeeper was also really helpful and attentive during our stay. I highly recommend this villa for anyone wanting a peaceful holiday in heaven like surroundings.

We had a fantastic time there. The photos don’t do justice of how beautiful the villa and view is. Having access to the beach at the door step was an absolute privilege for us. We spent lots of time in the water and enjoying the view from the porch. We barely wanted to leave the villa. The amenities within the villa were perfect for us - washing machine, dishwasher two separate lounges etc. The view from the bedrooms was amazing to wake up to every morning. Despite being close to the airport, the noise from the aircrafts was no hassle at all. We didn’t even notice - it was fun to watch. Mylène the cleaning lady was fantastic to deal with too. 10/10 and definitely recommend to anyone looking for serenity and space.
