If you want to go to the beach, we are a 5-minute drive from the Hotel Turquois Bay, where you can spend a day at the beach and return to rest in your Studio where you can rest very comfortably. If you want a fun night, you will be a 10-minute drive from Herbys Sport Bar and Pinneple grill. And 12 minutes from the Supermarket and gas station and Megaplaza mall.

Perfect getaway from all the hustle and bustle. Tranquility and privacy, breathtaking ocean views. Private pool, bathing in the sea right from the private dock. Amazing sunrises and full moons. Located in beautiful, peaceful and safe Jonesville area, the best starting point anywhere. 10 minutes drive to the sand beaches The Beach Club and Turquoise Bay, 25 min to the most beautiful secluded eastern beaches. 35 min to airport, 1 hour to west side. Great island bars a minute walk or by water taxi.

My family and I had a great stay in Pristine Bay. The Villa was just as described and made us feel right at home. The views from the villa were great. We also loved the closeness of the beach club and restaurants in the area. The community is very peaceful and quiet with not many tourists, which we loved. Would highly recommend it to anyone and we look forward to coming back.

My wife and I have enjoyed staying at your sweet villa in Coral Views. Great views of the golf course and ocean. We loved spending time in your large infinity pool and the surrounding spacious deck. The outside covered pergola /''rancho'', with ceiling fan, along with a very efficient gas BBQ, made outside meals a delight. The villa was large and spacious with wonderful views from every room. Beds were large and comfortable. A powder room on the ground floor was so convenient. Private connecting bathrooms with lots of ample towels. Koca Koral is a special place to escape the cold and snow of Montreal winters.

Ryan’s place is peaceful, private and clean. It is on a part of the island that is beautiful and less traveled The road down to the water can be a bit of a challenge I would recommend a vehicle suitable like a jeep The kitchen is well equipped and has everything. Buy food and personal supplies before you get there. The property manager Kendra is fluent in English and extremely helpful.

This house was AMAZING!! The perfect quiet location, incredibly clean, and felt very safe. The house was well stocked with all the amenities, had excellent AC and was meticulously maintained, we would absolutely stay again!

Perfect stay from start to finish!! The Casita is beautifully decorated and so comfortable, has everything you need! The community is so peaceful, all we heard were the sounds of nature as we enjoyed the pool! Only problem we had...we had to go home! :( Thank you again Sean & D'Anna for sharing your paradise with us!! We can't wait to come back!!
