This small studio is perfect for visitors who want a cheap, warm place to stay and use it as a base to explore the nature around Konitsa. It's not a spacious place (20 square meters) where many people can stay comfortable and spend many hours in it, but for 2-3 people who want to be outdoor, most of time active and have a small budget, is perfect Not far from the house (from 5' to 1+ hour) you will find nice places like Zagori, Voidomatis and Aoos river, Vikos gorge and Smolikas mountain.

My house is located 300m on the North West of the City center , very closed to the city gymnasium. From the balcony of the house you have the best view of the huge stone also a brilliant view of Vjosa river.In the corner of the house on the left side you see the EAGLE sign on the red will help any customer to find the house easier.This house is building higher and in front of sallon you have a special window which allow to have a natural view of the city in different moments.

SOLHOUSE

Solhouse is the newest apartment in Gjirokastra, 150 m away from the " 18 Shtatori" blvd & the city center. It is modernly furnished with the necessary amenities. The apartment has a small well equipped kitchen, dining table for 3 and a bedroom with 2 beds for 3 people and a toilet. Parking on premises. It is 800 m or 2 minutes by car from the bus station. The museum area, castle and other attractions can be reached on foot,by bus/taxi (bus station is only 200 meters away).
