Charming seaside house on historic Utstein

The Persa house is beautifully located down by Klostervågen on Utstein Gard. The garden encircles Utstein Monastery and makes up the majority of Klosterøy. Utstein is a protected cultural environment and has particular national value with the cultural, landscape and agricultural elements that give the area its distinctive character. At Utstein, there are animals in the hinterland and cultural pasture all year round and limited access to transport. The hiking opportunities are many, short distance to the Pulpit rock and Kjerag.

My place is close to the city centre, public transportation, parks and outdoor life. The place is good for one person but can house 2 persons. It costs 150kr extra per night if you are 2. Bed(90cm+ floor mattress) It is possible to cook simple food. Hob ,pans, etc. Kitchenette and bathroom are in the same room. The dorm is in the basement Ceiling height approx. 197cm. Unique, small house from 1899 with room for five people. Modern, warm and comfortable, so we keep the comfort, but old enough to keep the charm. There is only one house between Laurentze's house and the cinema. If you want to have a breakfast in the green, you can make yourself a coffee in the kitchen, and stroll two minutes away in the City Park and enjoy it on a green bench there.
