This top rated accommodation was located conveniently by the beach and a convenience store. Very quiet and comfortable. Can fit 5 well, and the well stocked kitchen and living area is wonderful. The balcony was lovely for evenings. Reasonable walk to town. Our host was very friendly and helpful, as well as responsive immediately. She provided suggestions for activities and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would return for sure! Thk u!!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was was exactly as described and very central to the beaches, seafront, bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect; it is close enough to the city center, within walking distance with most things needed - supermarket, groceries, pharmacies, cafes and small restaurants. The flat was very clean and well-maintained. Quite spacious for a studio. And it had everything needed for a stay. All instructions (internet, keys, hot water) were in place, which was very thoughtful. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming. Responded very fast so had no issues in communication. Recommend the place and the host without any doubt.

This apartment is super convenient to everywhere. It has the most stunning view of the sea and as it is almost next to the Larnaca airport, watching the planes land from the very spacious and comfortable balcony is really good fun. Inside the apartment, there is everything one needs. Kitchen is well stocked with modern appliances. Bedrooms are comfortable with very good wardrobe space too. Bathrooms are very clean and it helps to have the two bathrooms if you have four adults staying too. We very much enjoyed the large seating space in the living room which provided everyone with opportunity to relax. Underfloor heating was lovely as the night time can still get a bit cold even though during the day it was lovely weather. The apartment is walkable to the beach and there are also cafes and restaurants within walkable distance. Larnaca centre is only 5 minutes if you choose to drive. The host was always happy to help and available if we needed. Great apartment and stay.

Giovannis is a GREAT host. Highly recommend this place. Very cosy, clean and great sea view. I was received with a chilled bottle of wine, and cold water and from arrival felt like I was home. This place is perfect for short or long term stay. Such as generous host who even offered me late check out without me asking for it. Wooow! It's wonderful to stay at a place where the host deeply cares about their guests. Thank you for this. I will certainly return to this apartment and highly, highly recommend it.

Lovely quiet apartment. Hire car delivered to the complex and returned to airport. Lovely Taverna in the village and well stocked little supermarket. Petra and Bernhard were perfect hosts with brilliant prompt communication. Was great having Keith on site to answer any questions. Will miss hearing the sheep and goats passing by the fields at the back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and clean with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The view of the sea with the beautiful garden is breathtaking. A very recommended vacation place to stay!

Great place to stay, amazing views. We were lucky the field in front of the house were lush and green. Nice coastal walks, great restaurants along the path, both Enalia and Theta had really nice food with traditional and fusion options. The house is very well equipped with labels on switches which makes a lot of difference in a rental. The place is very quiet day and night. we really liked the open plan living dining space.

Anoki is a great host! Replies were very fast and everything was there for us to have a very comfortable stay. All the basics were there so that was very convenient. A few points, the kitchen and bathroom are fine, but a bit old - slightly low water pressure and the water doesn’t get hot during the morning/day. And make sure to realise this house has quite some stairs. We travelled with two small kids and I kind of missed this but overall it is doable. Also a car is definitely needed, there isn’t really anything near the house. We didn’t stay at the beach in front because it isn’t the prettiest one. It was very nice to not have to buy basics such as shower gel or peper and salt etc. Everything was there! That was really nice :) overall we had a very nice stay!

We had a wonderful time at Santiago’s place - he was incredibly helpful beforehand and kind, and he surprised us by leaving a tasty bottle of wine and fresh fruits (and more basics). The surroundings were peaceful (we were off season), the view was wonderful and everything as had been said!

The accommodation was exactly as we imagined it. The apartment is located in an outer row in a small manageable complex with bungalows. We had a patio in front of the house and a terrace with sea views behind the house with plenty of tables, chairs and loungers. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. The kitchen is well equipped, a large fridge with large freezer, a stove with ceramic hob and oven and a lot of dishes. There are also enough bed linen and, above all, plenty of towels on site. Stefanos bought a new contact grill especially for the bungalow, which we were very pleased about. There is also a contact person on site in the complex. Thank you for a great vacation time.

Beautiful house, large, clean and very well supplied with all kinds of amenities. The outdoor space is just as nice: terrace and flower garden to enjoy the sun from morning to night! Access to the sea is at the exit of the garden, beautiful. Lars and his wife were very warm upon arrival. Place to recommend despite sometimes the difficulty in having hot water if the solar panels are not functional.

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

I can't imaging staying anywhere else. The location, the flat, and everything you need to enjoy your stay. I got up early just to watch the sunrise. The kitchen has everything you might need to make a meal. I've stayed here several times and have had wonderful experiences. Great value for what you receive. The host is A+++

Had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect being in easy walking distance to the main sites yet private and peaceful. The beach is just steps away and the balcony view is wonderful. We had everything we needed and the host was friendly and respectful. There was a minor issue with the keys during our late night check in, however, the host responded immediately and we were not inconvenienced at all. Phenomenal service! I would happy stay again!

Dear Tatiana and Anton, thank you so much for your amazing hosting. The house is beautiful . It has a great view. Everything we might need is thought out down to the last detail. We felt at home and never wanted to return. Anton was very nice and helpful. She told us everything about the house and was helpful. Lots of love and greetings❣️ The site is also very safe for children and those who come alone. In order to benefit from the pool and spa, it is necessary to register and buy a bracelet. They are very tight with this. The registration process can take a little long due to the intensity. So don't leave it at the last minute and send your information in advance. The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.

This was the third stay at the property. Hatice is always quick to respond and help with anything. The apartment is spacious and is in a really good location close to the city centre and a short car ride from the beaches. We would stay again.

Our stay in Cyprus was very pleasant and we were lucky to find a very functional, pleasant, clean studio. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Every time we asked the owner questions, she always answered us immediately. It was great. Only small downside: a few power outages during the week and especially the day of our departure: 10 floors to go down with the luggage!!!! We're not 20 anymore!!!!😂 But it wasn't insurmountable! We recommend this nice studio to all our acquaintances and hope to return there too in a while. Airbnb asks for these choices 5 stars, I give 10 stars!!!! This was our first Airbnb experience and we were very lucky with this choice.
