Рамазан был очень гостеприимный, отзывчивый, дружелюбный хозяин квартиры! Было очень приятно общаться с Рамазаном. Это жильё - квартира, но по ощущениям как-будто проживаешь в доме. Квартира очень большая, просторная, светлая, уютная. Наши дети не хотели покидать этот дом, им очень понравилось там. Есть посудомоечная машина. Эта квартира подойдёт для тех, кто любит жить рядом с природой, вдали от городской суеты. Рядом с домом проживает семья Кабанов. Они миролюбивые, сами боятся людей. В 15 минутах находится очаровательный пляж, с хорошими ресторанчиками. Вечером особенно романтичная обстановка на берегу моря.

Everything was perfect. Place was so big and cozy, and the view was actually insane. You can see the peninsula, sunset and islands in one view in the balcony. Pool was really good too. I wanna come back here again next year. Definitely recommended. It's really close to the city center. Walking down to the city center is easy but going back uphill to the apartment was kinda hard so I'd recommend taking a cab to do that. Otherwise, location is really good.

Kaş merkeze çok yakın bir yer. Kaldığımız oda 3 kişilikti ve çok güzeldi. Herkes çok kibar ve yardımseverdi. Mutlaka tavsiye edeceğim.

We loved our stay at this apartment! It was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We had a bit of an issue with the shower but Ahmet was very responsive and fixed this quickly, The apartment is well located and is a short (but very steep) walk into the old town. The balcony had the most amazing views over Kas and we caught some incredible sunsets! Would definitely recommend to others looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

Nice spacious apartment, more then enough for two people. Pros: the apartment is well located – close to the center. The view is amazing, we were really enjoying spending time at the balcony. Cons: roosters were crazy. It impossible to sleep well, especially if you have a fragile sleep. Also it would be better to receive check-in instructions in advance.

Kaş is our annual escape into paradise. Every year we leave happy and refreshed. Staying in Gökhan’s property was no exception. We enjoyed the apartment and felt at home. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The host took good care of us. They were responsive and helpful. In our past holidays in Kaş we stayed above the city. We prefer the view of the water from there. Access to downtown Kaş is easier from there as well. This property has its own beauty, though. It is a view of the water and the mountains that shield our little coastal heaven from behind. Finding the property is not so easy at first. The roads from the highway are steep and curvy. Accessing this house from the town is easier. It takes about 10 minutes by car. But it is a nice escape from the city center. It is more quiet. This apartment is nice. I will say the pictures on the listing are amazing. It is not quite as nice in person. But still nice & clean with a great view. Overall a very good experience!

Очень красивая квартира с потрясающим видом. Есть все необходимое для длительного проживания. Качественная мебель и техника. Хорошая локация, недалеко от Каша. На машине очень легко добираться до всех мест. Мы жили месяц и успели объездить все ближайшие пляжи, бухты и смотровые площадки. Это одно из красивейших мест, а утреннее кофе с видом на море и острова делает его просто великолепным) Хозяйка всегда была на связи и быстро откликалась на наши вопросы и просьбы. Merkezden uzakta, izole bir konumda olması muhteşem. Akşamları kaş merkezin kalabalığını çektikten sonra buraya gelip, balkonda sessizliğe karışmak güzeldi. Can apart herkesin beklentisini karşılayacaktır. Net olarak tercih edilebilir ama araç şart. Her yaz tatil için Kaş’ı tercih ettiğimizden, burayı deneyimlerimiz arasında ilk 2 ye koyuyoruz.

Özel plaj ve havuz sayesinde muhteşem 1 hafta geçirdik. 8 kişinin rahatlıkla konaklayabileceği müthiş bir ev. Temiz ve konforluydu. Kaş merkezine 10 dakikalık mesafede, lokasyonu çok iyiydi. Hızlı iletişim için Hasan Bey ve Timuçin Bey’e teşekkür ederim.

A peaceful holiday location among orange and lemon groves. Very close to the sea and peaceful place. The hotel owners are friendly and help you immediately with any needs you may have. I would definitely consider going again.

Evin manzarası fotoğraflardan çok daha güzel. Gayet temiz ve konumu tüm kolaylıkları sağlıyor . Evin tam karşısında büyük bir otopark mevcut. Berkan ve ailesi bize çok yardımcı oldular. Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik her şey için teşekkür ederiz . Kaş’a geldiğimizde kalıcak yerimiz artık belli. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Öncelikle Berk beye ve ailesine teşekkür ederek başlamak istiyorum bulunduğumuz süre içerisinde hiç bir sorun yaşamadık gayet konforlu ve huzurluydu. Kaldığım yerde 4 oda 8 yatak ve her odada duş/banyo ayrıca her oda da klima mevcuttu hepsi de aktif çalışıyordu. Çamaşır mak, bulaşık mak, ütü , ütü masası her şey eksiksiz hazırdı. Sakin ve huzurlu bir kaç gün geçirmek istiyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Her şey için teşekkürler. 🙏

Eray Bey, Gayet kibar isteğimizi elinden geldiğince yerine getirdi , ev güzel konumda sessiz sakin huzur doluydu, havuz kullanılabiliyor,evde eşyalar yatak tertemizdi ,sahile aracınızla 5 dakikada ulaşım sağlıyorsunuz, eve yakın yerde fırın ve marketler mevcut herşey için teşekkürler

La maison a beaucoup de charme, elle est décorée avec goût. Le logement est très bien décrit et dispose de toutes les accessoires qui sont décrits. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la terrasse mais l’intérieur est très spacieux. Les hôtes sont très sympathique, accessible, ils ont toujours répondu à toutes nos questions. L’environnement est très calme, De plus, la température est plus agréable en été que dans le centre-ville de Kas. Si nous revenons à Kas nous reprendrons ce logement sans hésiter !! Un vrai logement de vacances

The stay at this Airbnb was flawless. The host is amazing, always responsive and even accommodated us to an earlier check in. The host would check in with us mid stay to assure we had everything we needed and if we had any questions about the stay, which were promptly answered. As we checked in the host was kind enough to give us some local advice about taxi’s and as he noticed it was my boyfriend’s birthday he gave him a gift which reflects the hosts character. The view was phenomenal in every room as you’re facing the mountains in both bedrooms and the living space. There are many amenities in the house to keep you occupied. I would definitely recommend choosing this place for your holiday.
