Spacious duplex within a gated compound with access to communal pools during summer. The property is a 10 min drive to Finestrat, a charming coastal town nestled in the mountains, and 7 min by car to several well known beaches including La Cala de Finestrat, Poniente and Levante Beach, boasting an array of lively restaurants and cafes. Shopping centre with a huge choice of shops and eateries just a 5 min drive away, or dine at the well-acclaimed restaurant, "Rice", just a 5 minute walk.

VT-496799-A Charming village house, located in Finestrat. Renovated in 2023 it blends traditional character with modern comforts. Enjoy breathtaking views of the sea, Puig Campana, and the village church. The house spans four floors so does have some stairs. One bedroom and bathroom with shower on the first floor, open plan kitchen/ dining and living room on the second. The top floors offer an office (or art room) and spacious rooftop terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun and views.
