Monthly Rentals in Fierza Reservoir

This is our second time to stay in this apartment and it was a very pleasant stay! It is clean, has all necessary amenities, and is in a very good location. Simon is a great host! Highly recommend and we'll come back again!

We so much enjoyed our stay at Marko’s garden apartment ! It is a fantastic location, quiet, surrounded by nature, beautiful view, it gives a private feel though it is in fact close to Marko’s home, which is useful as he is always available for questions, help and tips. Specifically those tips are so valuable: if you have a map and you think you know where to go: don’t: ask Marko for tips first, you will be glad you did. He is very knowledgable about the place and in fact about the whole of Montenegro. As said the apartment and location are lovely, but the greatest asset of the place is Marko himself. He is the most friendly nd best host ever, he cares for his guests and their wellbeing, helps where and whenever he can (he carried our heavy bags up the stairs to the cottage, he helped us instantly when we had a minor medical problem, and he provided us with advice and tips). Skadar Lake is beautiful and Virpazar is a nice tiny place. We absolutely recommend Prevalis and Marko !!!

The hosts were more than helpful. They will answer all your questions in minutes, very respectful and friendly. Apartment looks as in the pictures. Bed is really big and comfortable. The kitchen is well- equipped and the internet works well. The water In the shower is warm and can be adjusted to your preference. Definitely worth the price!!! Apartment is located in a privileged location. 5 mins walking to Lungomare Main Street (lots of restaurants and beautiful view of the seafront). 25 mins walking to the old town. The neighborhood is safe. You have a great restaurant, Sofra e Lakroit, in the next building, a cafeteria, supermarket Haso in 2 mins. A perfect host! Sums it up ! The apartment is lovely, clean and well kitted out. The area was great ! Friendly people , great restaurants and markets! 10/10 experience
