Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Fidalgo Island

We loved our stay here at Coal Creek Cottage... Kids played, we had a nice walk up the road, loved the Jacuzzi, fire and s'mores... But best of all was the finest kitchen I have ever seen at an Airbnb... It's like they put the best of everything in there, definitely everything you could possibly need and the gas range is pretty awesome... Everything was great and beautiful not a single problem... we will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful stay! Dana and Rich’s place is super cute and clean - the perfect size for my family of three and a great place for us to use as a touchdown spot while adventuring. They were also super communicative as I asked for recommendations of things to do with my seven year old and as I was working through an issue with my account. The beds were comfy and we appreciated their welcoming touches! We had a great time at the renaissance faire (the event we came for) but also Windjammer Park, Backyard Whidbey (bit of a drive, but you could couple with a trip to the Langley Whale Museum), Nerfed, and Blue Fox Drive In. We had breakfast every morning at the Whidbey Bagel Factory. Next year we will check out the new children’s museum, Imagination Cove! Fun time for everyone!

This was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at—beautifully set right on the water, peaceful, and full of thoughtful, high-end touches throughout. The host was incredibly responsive and proactive, making everything easy from start to finish. We’d happily stay here again anytime. While it was just us, we can see how this would be perfect with a larger group (friends, family, etc.).

We loved the place! Was there because we got married on the island, this was convenient and actually better than we expected. Great size for small family getaway. They had just about everything you would need, just bring food. Beautiful views! We would totally stay there again.

We had a birthday celebration during our stay and everyone fit very comfortably. We cooked together and had ample room to play fishbowl in the living room. The sunsets are amazing! The property had a walking path and was well groomed. The front yard was completely fenced in so our pups were safe to hang out. It is a great location - close to the grocery store any other amenities you need as well as recreational activities . We will definitely stay there again when we visit the PNW again.

This was our third time staying at Caroline’s amazing place. She is a wonderful host and the cabin and property are incredibly special. It’s hard to find somewhere that has such privacy, with an off the grid feel while also being so well stocked and comfortable. We left feeling so relaxed and recharged and hope to be back again soon!

Check in and check out were very easy and well described. Ty was very responsive for any questions. The location of the house was in a great quiet neighborhood and the views from the house were wonderful. A very relaxing stay and we will definitely book again.

The Garden Room.was perfect for two. Everything updated and of excellent quality. A lot of thought and love have gone into the details. They have gone the extra mile to make the place comfortable. As others mention, the farm fresh eggs are a welcome added amenity. My wife and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend the Garden Room to others.

The place is small, but it is really comfortable for a few nights. It was very clean and organized. We really like the common shared area where they have the pool table, a fireplace, and some nice and cozy sofas. We went there both nights, and it was mostly empty with the whole place for us. We didn’t cook, so we cannot evaluate the kitchen.

I had a wonderful stay at Tamar's place in Langley while visiting my father for his 80th birthday. The apartment was spotless and extremely well maintained, which made settling in easy and comfortable. Communication was seamless — the hosts were responsive, helpful, and made everything effortless from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better. Not only was it conveniently situated for everything I needed, but there was also so much to do just steps away — from local shops to scenic walks. The views from the property were absolutely beautiful and added a peaceful charm to my visit. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We loved this space so much that we extended our stay 2 days. It was absolute respite for us to wake up to the quiet sounds of the farm with views of the animals and mountains showing off as we had our coffee from the porch. I feel lucky to have found this airbnb! Paulette was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell they really care for the place they have built together, and it's great. The best part is the welcome wagon, their two sweet labs!

Lara and Casey were very accommodating as we stayed in their apartment for over a month. The place is beautiful and located in a very peaceful and relaxing part of town. It has everything you need for an extended stay in Bellingham, and they were super helpful and lovely hosts!

Vicki has something truly special here. The Robin Song studio offered anything and everything you could need, including the most beautiful sounds of nature’s choir as you sit and enjoy the sweeping ocean and mountain views. Bring your binoculars and open up your Merlin app for a simple and healing experience. The pictures are stunning, but nothing will prepare you for seeing it in real life. It’s almost difficult to want to leave and explore the island! Vicki was incredibly communicative and went out of her way to ensure we found the spot. I would be thrilled to stay again, Vicki is the best host I’ve had in my years on Airbnb. We can’t thank you enough!

This waterfront inner bay location is an ever changing view of tidal events, birds, and a beautiful garden. Every hour of the day had something different to observe and enjoy. Faces east for moonrise and sunrise views. A lovely setting, kind hosts, and close enough to Edison for dining, art galleries, and a small village stroll. Plus the king bed was incredibly comfortable so sleep was a dream. Recommend adding a visit to Bow Sanctuary sauna and sessions to add a wellness experience.

The place is an absolute gem! Out in a quiet neighborhood tucked into a forest of trees. The surrounding is quiet, tranquil, and a great place to relax. Amenities are clean and comfortable. Cozy! Amy was super proactive in messaging me about how to get in. Check in and out was a breeze! A great property, will definitely be on my list of places to stay again if I take another trip to Whidbey Island.

Beautiful location! Splendid views! Gorgeous home with all the amenities! Roomy and comfortable and totally dreamy. Our host was super responsive, friendly, and kind. The home is super clean and nicely decorated. The swim spa was relaxing, clean, and well cared for. We made treasured memories here. Would 1000% stay here again!

I highly recommend this house and I would not hesitate to stay here again. It’s a beautiful home in an absolutely stunning location. My wife and I wanted to get out and explore the area, but the view was so beautiful it was hard to leave the house. Every day we took long walks on the shore and also just enjoyed relaxing inside and staring at the water through the windows. The management company was highly responsive to one minor issue we raised (which turned out to be a misunderstanding on our part). There is a caretaker on site who was purposely being unobtrusive but came to the door to help us after our management request and she was very friendly and helpful. Our entire experience at this AirBnb was great and I hope we get the chance to return some day.

This is a beautiful property in a residential neighborhood. It is decieving, because when you arrive at the property, you will be surrounded by trees, however the home is light and bright. Privacy is my biggest concern, so when I was driving into the neighborhood, I was uncertain about what privacy would look like. When you arrive inside, you feel like you have been teleported into a home in a beautiful forested area in the middle of a rural landscape; a getaway that will not disappoint. All amenities are provided, amd the host is friendly, professional, and available. Various ethnic restaurants are a short drive, as are Target, Safeway, and almost anything else you need!

What a beautiful property! My friends and I had the best time enjoying the stunning views, gorgeous house and the relaxing hottub. It was perfect for a girl’s trip. The host was kind and helpful as well. We would love to come back someday!
