Thank you for a very pleasant stay! The accommodation has a lot of charm with its old side, and the balcony is really a plus to enjoy an aperitif with an amazing view. The photos perfectly match the place, and we also really enjoyed the nearby hike around the lake 1 km from the accommodation. Thanks again for hosting us!

My stay at Gwendoline's went very well. The studio is very well located, in the city center of Limoge. Close to all amenities and 5 min drive to the train station. It is very well equipped, clean and nice. I really enjoyed Gwendoline's hospitality, who is very kind and helpful. The balcony and the coffee provided are very much appreciated! I think Gwendoline's place is great value for money! I would definitely stay again if I had the chance! Thank you again! :)

The accommodation met my expectations given the description and was very functional and pleasant. The provision of more cleaning products or consumables should be considered according to the occupancy times. Calls to the structure that praises and their responses are effective. The presence of a balcony was very much appreciated. The neighborhood is very quiet and parking is easy.

Beautiful, we highly recommend it! A small peaceful haven in a house between the warmth of the old and the comforts of the modern. It is very well equipped, whether it is the kitchen, the bedrooms or the bathrooms. The bedding is very comfortable and everything is very clean! Very nice place, quiet and welcoming. Very pleasant exteriors without fear of disturbing the neighbors. Ideal for 2 families including 4 teenagers. Cyril and Clément are very welcoming and responsive. In short, a great stay.

We had such a wonderful stay at Caroline and Tim's lovely property. As soon as we arrived, they were so welcoming and friendly and very attentive throughout our stay - nothing was too much trouble. They even went of their way to provide us a lovely surprise wedding anniversary gift which we were immensely touched by! The accommodation itself was homely yet spacious enough for our family of five. The kitchen was very well equipped and the (very cheerful sounding) washing machine and dishwasher worked perfectly. We utilised the Weber BBQ several times over our 10 days. All the beds were very comfortable and fans for each room were provided. Our kids (11, 10 and 5) spent most of their time in the large and very clean heated pool. The pool area itself was idyllic with plenty of space to move around and chase the sun throughout the day or retreat into the shade. The games room and boule court were superb as was the lovely treehouse. We cannot recommend this property highly enough!

Quiet house, well-equipped and very well located in Limoges just across the street from a beautiful park

The house is absolutely charming with a magnificent restoration and the typical and authentic comfort of the old buildings! The garden and hot tub near the river are idyllic (additional daily cost for the use of the hot tub because it is fed by wood-fired). Nick was charming and very welcoming, his house adjoining the rented house (they communicate with her, the dining room of the house overlooking Nick's kitchen). Note: small fridge and no dishwasher in the kitchen otherwise well equipped but we still went out for meals with the house full!
