Sengetøy og håndklær er inkludert i prisen. Boligen ligger i nærheten av flere flotte strender, turmuligheter, butikker og bussforbindelser. Det er kun 30 minutter med bil til Dyreparken.

Både bade- og uteplass har sol fra morgen til langt utpå ettermiddag på sommeren. Parkering rett utenfor hybelen. Det tar 10 minutter å gå og 3 minutter å kjøre til Grimstad sentrum. Til UiA er det 30 min å gå, men det er gode bussforbindelser like i nærheten.
