Tinton's House by Shaman

Tinton is a nickname, nickname for my brother-in-law's grandfather. The shaman is the name of our boutique, which is our first and greatest business in commercial life. The restoration / renovation of the home ended in October 2022, and was very attentive and stylishly furnished. A combination of 2 apartments, which are also used independently at a central point. You can't get into the street by car. There is an 80-step staircase to the house. It's not suitable for those with walking difficulties. The fireplaces are for decoration and are not suitable for use.

All the tools and equipment you need are available in our house. Hygiene is of utmost importance, and detailed cleaning is carried out before each check-in and after each check-out, and a cleaning fee of 5,000 TL is collected in cash during each check-in.

The center is in a great location. There is a supermarket next to it. 5 min walk to Çalış beach. The garden is very beautiful, spacious and airy. You can walk to the city center from the beach. 10 min walk to restaurants, bars, fruit and vegetable market... This house, consisting of 1 bedroom and 1 living room, can accommodate up to 4 people with a spare folding bed and sofa. We cannot accept guests who are only male groups. We loved our stay here. The host was always very quick to reply and answer any questions. Gizem was also flexible with check in even with unexpected flight delays which was so helpful and made it stress- free. The villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos, it was perfect for our family holiday. Every room was so clean and modern with everything we needed. There’s several good restaurants nearby where you can watch sunset from and only about a 30 min walk to the main town. Would definitely recommend.

The air bnb was really nice just like the picture. However the location was not the best, it is close to a bakery and market - 2 minute walk from the airbnb however the way to Oludeniz with the nice beach is quite far~ 1hr and you must take 2 dolmuşes to get there. but overall staff was frendly, helped us alot with directions and were attentive to our needs. If you are not planning to go to olüdeniz beach it is the perfect place to stay.

We had a lovely, restful stay here. The place was comfortable and very clean and had most things you need to be self sufficient. It was quiet and relaxing watching boats and dolphins during the day but we were a bit surprised at how loud the music was every evening - the nearby hotel had loud but pleasant music which was mixed with thumping night club music from across the nearby mainland. Whilst this wasn’t Şahin or Nurcan’s fault it did impact on our stay and our sleep! We were also surprised at how expensive it was to go across to to Fethiye - Şahin was really kind and took us in his little boat whenever we needed but it cost £12 per journey so £24 for a round trip which was starting to eat into our holiday fund. We felt it was a little unfair to have to pay for the initial trip to get us to the Air B&B as we couldn’t get there any other way!!! Anyway Şahin and Nurcan were both very hospitable and friendly and generally we had a great time relaxing on the wonderful terrace - with a

*****Fantastic place--and amazing host! Highly recommended***** The villa is superb: large pool surrounded by comfy loungers; rain showers; a jacuzzi; Turkish bath; great beds; a barbecue; pingpong table; foosball table; trampoline! The owner, Meltem, was extremely helpful and kind, always responding to messages within minutes. When my partner had a minor health problem, Meltem had a doctor at our door in 15 minutes! As for the house, it's ideal for a relaxing break. By car, an hour from Dalaman airport; 15 minutes to the Blue Lagoon (Olundeniz); 5-10 mins from supermarkets like Migros; 15 minutes to Fethiye, the largest town in the area. Check out Saklikent gorge (an hour by car)--and buy water shoes ahead of time! We also did a great hike on the Lycian Way, from Ovachik to Butterfly Valley. Took us 4 hours with great views along the way. And a charming place for a huge Turkish breakfast 2 mins drive from the villa, Pomegranate Garden. The only downside to the villa was leaving!!!
