Otmane was a great host, attentive, kind and helpful. He made sure to make our stay great! Initially I chose this apartment to spend the last days of my trip to Fes and I wanted to be close to the airport and needed to remote work. The internet speed was great and the desk and chair too. I also loved the living room and the kitchen. The apartment had already plenty of things that I didnt have to worry about like spices, oil, airfryer, toaster, etc. The apartment is also close to basic facilities to get your groceries. On the downsides, the double bed is a single bed that expands and the mattress was a bit thin so it wasnt the most comfortable. Also the neighbors were quite noisy, specially at night before bed, with kids running around, crying and screaming but it's nothing you can't deal with earphones, listening to some relaxing music until everyone goes to bed, then its peaceful. I would recommend this apartment 100% and would repeat, specially because of the great host!

The host was very responsive & kind. The apartment was clean and exactly like the pictures. Will definitely recommend this stay to others & I will be rebooking the next time I’m in Fes.

Très bon emplacement avec la possibilité d’utiliser 1 garage. Appartement agréable mais qui donne sur une grande rue… Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas d’eau chaude dans la cuisine. Proximité d’un supermarché (Marjane).

Anass’ flat provides a tranquil respite from the chaotic hubbub of the Medina, while still being in easy reach of it. The apartment itself is spacious, sparklingly clean, and well equipped. Anass is a very responsive host, and was able to accommodate us at very short notice.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Achraf à Fès ! Le logement était impeccable, propre, bien équipé et très bien situé. Achraf a été un hôte exceptionnel : très accueillant, disponible et toujours prêt à aider. Sa gentillesse et son hospitalité ont vraiment marqué notre séjour. Un séjour tout simplement inoubliable en famille dans ce magnifique Riad au cœur de Fès. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par la beauté des lieux, mêlant authenticité marocaine et raffinement. Le Riad est un véritable havre de paix, décoré avec goût et chargé de cette magie unique que seule la médina de Fès peut offrir. Abdelali et toute son équipe ont été aux petits soins du début à la fin. Leur hospitalité sincère, leur disponibilité et leur attention à chaque détail nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous. On ressent immédiatement que ce Riad a été pensé avec passion : chaque recoin respire l’amour du travail bien fait, et l’âme d’Abdelali y est présente à chaque instant. La terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur la médina de Fès un panorama à couper le souffle, surtout au lever du soleil. Le jacuzzi sur le toit a fait le bonheur des enfants, qui y ont passé des moments de joie et de détente pendant que nous profitions de la sérénité du lieu. Tout y est parfait !

The apartment was very clean and well-prepared for our stay. The location was amazing – right in the heart of the medina, which made the experience even more special. This was my first time in such an original and unique place and staying in this traditional old house made it even more memorable. Each floor had a bedroom, and the rooftop terrace was simply fantastic. It truly felt like immersing ourselves in the local way of living. We also had breakfast prepared for us on-site, which was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic experience

Nisrine's place is located in the heart of the Fes medina and so offers a very authentic experience. We were able to walk to most of the attractions. Checking in all the way to the house is not possible with a car so expect to walk some way with luggage, but this is part of the medina experience. Nisrine and Abdo were kind, always responsive and very helpful.

Le logement de Mehdi est très bien avec une bonne literie et surtout un excellent emplacement à 200 m de la Médina, à 50 m d’un excellent restaurant très accueillant, juste en face d’un très beau jardin. Et si vous avez besoin d’aide, vous pouvez compter sur Mehdi qui est toujours disponible.

Riad typique, très joli, très bien situé, au cœur du vieux Fes, tout à proximité. Très bon accueil, Fatima Zahra et sa sœur sont adorables, serviables, aux petit soins.... parfait. Je recommande fortement.

Thank you Samira for a great stay and making us feel so welcomed. It was amazing to stay in such a beautiful, historic house in such a convenient location in the Medina. The rooftop is especially nice (even in the rain we had on our visit). We really enjoyed exploring the souks and local restaurants. Was a brilliant place for us as a family with young kids.

Ibamos 3 familias y hemos tenido toda la casa para nosotros. Fenomenal situada, en una zona tranquila, dentro de la Medina pero cerca de la zona de acceso. Cenamos una noche en casa, comida tradicional (sopa y cuscus) cocinada alli por la señora que cuida la casa. Desayuno casero también muy bueno. Todo limpio y el equipo que se encarga de la casa muy amables y atentos a nuestras necesidades. Lo recomendaremos!

Contact très facile avec Mhamed; un accueil chaleureux par le gardien et le personnel de la résidence. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et très propre. À proximité : Carrefour, pharmacie, épicerie … idéal pour bien gérer le séjour. Le chauffeur Ahmed est très gentil et très serviable … en toute sérénité ; nous avons fait nos excursions autour de Fez et bien plus. Je recommande ce logement et cet hôte! !

I had a wonderful stay . The place was exactly as shown in the photos clean, cozy, and well located. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with everything I needed nearby. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure I felt at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
