Overall this was a great place for our multi-family birthday weekend. Beautiful scenery, great accommodations for our families needs and no hassles or problems with anything during our stay. The house and bungalow were ideal for our group. The decor, furniture and layout were excellent taste and class and made you feel right at home. The boat launch to the Lake was a few minutes away. Just a great place to stay in all regard. If you're in the market to purchase, this amazing place is available as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Sam was very accommodating, quick to respond, and overall pleasant to work with. The property is spectacular and accommodated our large group well. The home is well equipped and the view is fantastic. It was both a blessing and a pleasure to stay at Sam's home!

Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children comfortably and has a full RV hook-up (additional $35 a night) or a nice tent site (additional $15 a night). Awesome view of Lake Roosevelt. A short 2 min drive to a private parking lot and walk a quarter mi into Enterprise Beach where you can camp out on a first come first serve basis or explore or go 🎣 NO LARGE GROUPS!

Nestled on 2 acres this garage home is 1100 square feet on top of my garage. 3 bedrooms and one bath makes it cozy for large families and get togethers. 5 minute drive to the Lincoln boat launch or hike down to the Ol swimming hole (10 minutes down 20 minutes up!) we have a bbq and a large fire pit. For larger groups we have an additional tent trailer for kids or couples that like to “rough it” that sleeps 4.

It was a beautiful home, very peaceful area, would definitely stay here again!!
