Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* listed cottage. The cottage Ô Lunain, 40 m2 house located in Nonville , village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

Explore riverside and forest trails from your front door! The chateaux of Fontainebleau, Vaux-le-Vicomte, Courances and Rosa Bonheur are all a short drive away. Paris is 45 minutes by train.

Large studio with fireplace a stone's throw from the forest

Charming independent studio with fireplace, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard. Located between the Fontainebleau Forest hiking trails and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

Charming country house

Kitchen, living room and dining room area on the ground floor Upstairs there is a space with a double bed (160) and a bathroom. In a row there is a corridor that leads to a bedroom with a double bed (140) and a cabin bed (90/200) with a child safety gate, a bathroom and a third bedroom with a 160 bed divisible into 2 single beds and a crib bed. The house has all the essentials for babies and young children (stair gates, games, books...) and a 200 m2 garden.

30 minutes by bus from INSEAD, Samois sur Seine is a village of character, full of charm, with all its local shops, on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest. Walking and cycling paths are accessible within a few minutes walk from the accommodation in the direction of Bois le Roi, Fontainebleau, Barbizon and the surrounding area. Located along the Seine, you can go for a walk or enjoy aquatic activities. On request, we can rent you bicycles and crash pads.

You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.

Where possible, we are flexible with entry and exit times.
