Nice apartment with garage inside the condominium. It has a TV in both the living room and the bedroom, as well as a tower fan for added comfort. Located just 13 minutes from the Historic Center and 10 minutes from Plaza Las Américas. A few blocks away is Av Madero, which easily connects both with the Historic Center (westbound) and Ciudad Salud (eastbound). One block away there is also a road that links to the exit to Salamanca
