The mountain cottage comprises about 59 m² of living space, has 2 bedrooms, 1 living and dining room with kitchen, as well as 2 bathrooms and a terrace of about 13 m². It is located at about 1000 m above sea level.

In the valley, the thermal baths and the golf course await you. I prefer it when you stay with me and take care of yourself. The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet.
