There is a bicycle path around the lake which provides an opportunity for sport, as the kitesurf as well. In the near is a Spa and Wellness Center where the guests can enjoy beneficial effect of thermal water. The apartment house is brand new accomodation, we opened this summer. Apartments are spacious and each has a large terrace with personal space. There is no heating in the apartment.

The cottage is located in a quiet part of the town, in an area of vineyard houses & weekend houses. The house is made of adobe bricks that makes the temperature cool in the summer and keeps the warm in the winter. The house is heated with wood by a brick stove. There is a small fishing pond, outside oven and grill on the property. You can go fishing, wine tasting nearby and there is a very good cycling trail as well. Great for a weekend escape, stag and hen nights, birthday parties.

There´s a big garden, where guests can sun bath or work, or pick fruits or vegetables for immediate consumption. (Of course seasonal.) Bus, restaurants (a simple and a luxurious one), supermarkets, pub, post, forest closeby. Pick up by car from/to town or station sometimes (not always) possible for a fee. To be agreed.

Our accommodation is located in Agárd, in the resort area of Lake Velence, 50 km from Budapest and 15 km from Székesfehérvár, on a quiet street. It is easily accessible by car (M7 highway) and train. The lake shore is a 10-15 minute walk away, which offers beach and sports facilities. The Agárd Thermal Bath is 1.5 km away. The natural and cultural attractions of the area can even be visited by bicycle (rental and free delivery are available).
