🔅Welcome to this charming 32 m2 studio, on the ground floor, in a characterful, quiet and secure residence, in the heart of the city! Exceptional and privileged location to enjoy this beautiful city and its surroundings! (Hiking, sea, mountain, Spain just 1 hour away, sightseeing, Lindt shop😋, etc!) or even telecommuting! This accommodation can accommodate two people and possibly a baby (I provide a baby bed on request, as well as a high chair).

A living room area with television and sofa. The master suite includes the shower room. You have a washing machine. The apartment is located in the city center but is quiet due to its location set back in an inner courtyard.
