The flat is a 2 minute walk from the centre of Bourganeuf, which has shops, bars and restaurants. Bourganeuf is ideally situated to explore the beautiful countryside of the Creuse and neaby lac de Vassiviere.

This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard.
