Drinking water must be brought, but there is water for washing dishes that is boiled. Bedding can be brought from home or rented for NOK 150 per set. Perfect for those traveling with pets, couples, small families, or business travelers looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay close to both downtown Fauske and nature.

Here you can enjoy yourself with family and friends in peaceful surroundings. Perfect starting point for those who like the outdoors. Several of my long-distance guests have stayed here overnight on their journey to/from Lofoten. From here it takes 40 minutes to drive to Bodø, 40 minutes to Saltstraumen, 5 minutes to R80 and 20 minutes to Fauske/E6. Location: The house is located in Bringsli which is 8.3 km further into the valley from Straumsnes which is the center of Valnesfjord. There is, among other things, a grocery store and bistro.

Cabin with annex, fantastic views, good sun conditions

Great cottage yard in relaxing surroundings with stunning views of fjords and mountains. Nice hiking trails right from the cabin door, and with 5-20 min by car you will find both sandy beach, fantastic ski slopes and a variety of mountain peaks in magnificent nature. There are very good sun conditions on the plot, and with little light pollution in the area there are great chances to see the northern lights in winter. From the parking lot at RV80 there is about 900 m to walk along the footpath and forest road in small natural terrain.

Resting heart rate with views and insight

Relax with the whole family in this little oasis. Short distance from the city (Bodø) with great opportunities for hiking, fishing or just enjoying the views and observing the wildlife. Good with space for children, with amazing climbing trees and several natural playgrounds. There is electricity and summer water, urinal and incineration toilet. Drinking water is to be brought, but we make sure that there are several liters available upon arrival. However, please note that there is no shower here. Parking a short walk from the cabin.

The accommodation is located 57 km from Bodø city center, close to amazing nature. Good fishing opportunities nearby (on Graddholmen), there you will also find a lean-to and there is a volleyball net set up in the summer. Nice hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Light trail, artificial grass course and freesbee golf 600 m from the residence.

The house is located in quiet surroundings. Halsgården was built in 1849, but has been carefully renovated by current owners. The result is a charming house where many of the original details are preserved, and you as a guest get a good night's sleep with a historical feel. Great hiking opportunities nearby!

The "Sletn" mountain cabin

The mountain cabin "Sletn" is located in Sjunkhatten National Park and gives you a unique opportunity to experience the silence, relax or explore the fishing waters and mountain areas around you, summer and winter. There is a short walk, but it is worth the 25-45 minute trip.

Spend the night in a worthy cultural monument, the Telegraph from the early 1900s in the mining town of Sulitjelma. Quiet area, walking distance to playground and store. Approx. 15 min by car to Alpine facilities and an eldorado with ski slopes and snowmobile trails. Many hiking trails, national parks, botanical eldorado and fishing waters.
