Spacious single-family home in a peaceful, central neighborhood. Ideal for families, couples or friends. The area: Walking distance to the train, city center, shopping mall, and forest/mountains. Activity: 3–4 min. walk to the activity park and hiking opportunities. Outdoor area: Large garden, balcony with morning sun and good parking. Beds & towels: The beds are made before arrival, and guests each receive a towel. Note: My son and I live here on a daily basis, as well as a poodle that is not allowed to make a mess. Welcome to a spacious and cozy ground-floor apartment in a quiet neighborhood in central Fauske. Here you live within a short walking distance to the train, bus, stores, restaurants and the city center (5-10 min). Great hiking areas are also easily accessible. The apartment is suitable for families, couples, friends and business travelers. The apartment has plenty of space and a large garden right outside the door. Fauske is a good starting point for exploring the Salten region, with a short distance to Bodø, Saltstraumen, Sulis and Rago National Park. Welcome

Cozy house in peaceful surroundings. 1 - 6 people

Here you can enjoy yourself with family and friends in peaceful surroundings. Perfect starting point for those who like the outdoors. Several of my long-distance guests have stayed here overnight on their journey to/from Lofoten. From here it takes 40 minutes to drive to Bodø, 40 minutes to Saltstraumen, 5 minutes to R80 and 20 minutes to Fauske/E6. Location: The house is located in Bringsli which is 8.3 km further into the valley from Straumsnes which is the center of Valnesfjord. There is, among other things, a grocery store and bistro.

Cabin with a stunning view and good sun conditions

Great cottage yard in relaxing surroundings with stunning views of fjords and mountains. Nice hiking trails right from the cabin door, and with 5-20 min by car you will find both sandy beach, fantastic ski slopes and a variety of mountain peaks in magnificent nature. There are very good sun conditions on the plot, and with little light pollution in the area there are great chances to see the northern lights in winter. From the parking lot at RV80 there is about 900 m to walk along the footpath and forest road in small natural terrain.

Resting heart rate with views and insight

Relax with the whole family in this little oasis. Short distance from the city (Bodø) with great opportunities for hiking, fishing or just enjoying the views and observing the wildlife. Good with space for children, with amazing climbing trees and several natural playgrounds. There is electricity and summer water, urinal and incineration toilet. Drinking water is to be brought, but we make sure that there are several liters available upon arrival. However, please note that there is no shower here. Parking a short walk from the cabin.

The cabin by the road

The cabin is easily accessible by highway 80, between Bodø and Fauske. Beautiful view of the fjord. Kitchen, bathroom and electricity. Sunny balcony. 5 minute drive to the swimming area. Fantastic hiking area in summer and winter. Fishing, berry picking, mushroom picking, local food. 10 min to Valnesfjord, with grocery store, cafe, etc. 20 min to Fauske. 35 min to Bodø. Saltstraumen, National Parks, Caves, Museums, Shopping. The cabin is under renovation and available from June 1, 2026. Interior images are coming!

Newly renovated Nordland house on a small farm in Nordland. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet with amazing mountains, chickens in the yard and horses in the field. We have NORTHERN LIGHTS on clear winter nights (from September to March) and normally a lot of snow in winter! The house is centrally located about 1 km from the store/train and bus/dining place, but at the same time there are countless hiking areas both on foot and on skis in the nearby area. The accommodation is located 57 km from Bodø city center, close to amazing nature. Good fishing opportunities nearby (on Graddholmen), there you will also find a lean-to and there is a volleyball net set up in the summer. Nice hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. Light trail, artificial grass course and freesbee golf 600 m from the residence.

The house is located in quiet surroundings. Halsgården was built in 1849, but has been carefully renovated by current owners. The result is a charming house where many of the original details are preserved, and you as a guest get a good night's sleep with a historical feel. Great hiking opportunities nearby!
