Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Fatih

We spent two weeks there and felt at home. It's close to the Grand Bazaar and the tram, and Sultanahmet is two stops away. There are many shops and supermarkets next to the block. We really didn't lack for anything. Estella is a wonderful and very affectionate woman, not to mention Anush, who is always there to help you with any information. I definitely recommend it 😉

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The location is excellent — just a 5 to 7 minute walk to Taksim Square, which makes it easy to access the metro and bus system. From Taksim, you can take the funicular down to Kabataş and hop on the T1 tram (at Kabatas) to reach key tourist sites like the Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Gulhane Park. You can also take a ferry to the Asian side (Üsküdar and Kadikoy) from Kabatas. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were kind, responsive, and great with communication. Overall, a convenient and pleasant place to stay — we would definitely recommend it!

The best host ever! Easy communication, easy to deal with. Very, very helpful about anything you might need.. From finding a great local restaurants (not tourist's traps), arranging transportation to the airport that is large enough to accommodate our family to helping get our lost baggage form the airlines. Like we said... He is the best host ever!

The apartment has a great location, one that makes everything easy. It is close to markets, cafes, restaurants and you can do a lot on foot. There are two large bedrooms, with super comfortable beds, as well as a full kitchen, with all the utensils — great for those who like to prepare something at home. Both bathrooms are great, and one of them even has a Turkish bath, which was one of the highlights of the stay — a delight to relax there after a day exploring the city. The apartment is spacious, cozy and very well cared for. I felt super at home. And the host was always very attentive, responded quickly and was always available when I needed him. I really recommend it. An excellent option for those looking for comfort and practicality in Istanbul.

It is a comfortable apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In a very nice old neighborhood and close to Taksin Square and the port. The neighborhood is very nice. It has air conditioning to enjoy it in summer. It is a third floor without an elevator but with comfortable stairs. Without hesitation, it is an excellent option for its location, quality and price. The host greeted us personally and was then very active, advising us on things to do in Istanbul during our stay. Magnificent!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Azad’s place! The unit was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 small children. The location was perfect — a short walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and a great park with a playground. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants and small shops for essentials. Azad was an exceptional host, arranging airport transport, meeting us late at night to show us the unit, checking in daily, and even providing thoughtful touches like a prayer rug and chocolates. One thing to note: the stairs inside and outside the unit are quite steep, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

The apartment was spacious and quiet. Very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The immediate surroundings with graffiti looked less inviting, but this seems to be common in most of Cihangir. Overall we loved staying here and recommend the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Ali’s place in Beyoğlu! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. We especially loved the location – it was very central and close to everything important (sightseeing: e.g. galata tower etc.)! A big thank you to Ali, who was an amazing host – always helpful, quick to respond, and very kind. We felt well taken care of from the very beginning. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul! 🙌

We loved Kenan’s place, and it’s exactly as many other guests have described it: it’s literally a 10 min walk to Hagia Sophia, and you can feast your eyes on this marvel from your own balcony, while sipping your mining coffee. It’s located in a little side street minutes away from many restaurants and shops, yet incredibly quiet and private, especially at night. Yes, you can hear some life noise from the upstairs apartment, but nothing that can’t be solved with earplugs or a white noise app. Check-in was a breeze, and Kenan was there to greet us and set us up, and was kind to carry our carry-on the 1 flight of narrow stairs. The apartment is pristine, exactly as described, and the bed was very comfortable, with memory foam pillows. Great place and great location for exploring the Istanbul must-see sights!

I had a great stay at Burak's place! He is a good host and very nice person. The apartment had all I needed for a few-week stay, the location was convenient and the price was good.

Everything went good! Besher is very friendly and helpful. We had a little problem with laundry supplies but Besher offered to help and immediately provided everything we need. Great host and great flat!

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

Perfect Location Property is Specious, clean with all the eminities. Near by Bus Station. Host is very generous and responsive.

Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))
