Private entrance with attached garage. 1 bedroom with queen bed, bath with large shower/tub, fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room with a recliner and reclining couch, and an extra twin bed. Cozy, boho chic, second-story private apartment located on Blue Earth's quaint Main Street. Conveniently located off of I-90 and Hwy 169. Within walking distance to grocery store, specialty shops, coffee/ice cream shop, parks, churches, and swimming pool. Private entrance, one bedroom, small bath, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, cozy living room with window overlooking Main Street. Please note there is potential for noise. Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes!
