A café and grocery store are within walking distance, as well as several ice cream vendors offering homemade ice cream, pastries, coffee, and juice. The house is located in a hilly ice age landscape at a height of 40 meters on a beautifully planted and sunny plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun sets in Sejerø Bay, and the birdsong stops when the darkness falls. From the property you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

The property is surrounded by a fantastic garden with two seating areas. The house is located 50 meters above the water and just 500 meters from a lovely beach.

The large terrace ensures sun all day with several cozy places to stay. The enclosed garden contains a trampoline, swing and a playhouse in the treetops as well as plenty of lawn for ball games. We have children aged 7-18 years ourselves, so there are plenty of games and activities for both indoors and outdoors.
