Beachfront vacation rentals in Fão

The stay was very pleasant, the house is located a few minutes from the center of the city of Apulia, a quiet area ideal for going to disconnect. In my case we were a family and we were delighted with both the house and the place, clean, tidy, with all the accessories to make you feel at home. Separate mention for the friendliness of Fernando who advised me and recommended how to get to the place and how to access the area of the house easier, I will definitely come back enchanted when I'm around! 👌🏽👏🏽

The most incredible place to stay. Would stay there just for the view alone! Easy to walk down to the river and when your legs are tired the bus stops right outside. Beautifully clean and comfortable, would stay here again and highly recommend

Gorgeous, creative flat! Very lively at Christmas…they play Christmas music well into the night on the pedestrian street below, and the New Year’s Eve party is a blast—literally—with fireworks. The high ceilings make it hard to heat in the winter, which was fine for this Buffalo, NY native. It’s probably the most beautiful in the spring and fall, so I’ll be back then!

Wonderful location and great host

Great location for sun downers on the beach and a short walk to a river beach. Peaceful location and setting. We all loved the place.

We really enjoyed our stay in the tiny cosy house. The host was really kind and came up with some nice tips for the surroundings.

All I can say is wow! We spent 11 days staying at Adriano’s apartment and it felt like home! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a well equipped Air BnB. If you could think of it, Adriano had it. In the bathroom there was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and hair straighteners. In the kitchen there was every utensil you could think of and more, I think you could cook a full Sunday roast dinner and have every pan and dish required! We are a family of four, with children aged 5 and 7. They made the most of the swimming pool during our stay and the beach. The pool is cool but refreshing. The sea was like ice but we made good games of jumping the waves and splashing one another. The beach is less than a five minute walk from the apartment and is a must during your stay, even if it’s just to watch the surfers fight the waves. It’s a very peaceful beach! Adriano is a great host and very helpful. We will be looking to stay again if we come back to the area!

Fantastic place, so very well equipped and great location. We loved it here and would love to stay again. We had a problem with the boiler when we arrived and Marta was quick To get it working again. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

The house is very good, clean, comfortable, with all equipment for a great stay. Tania is a kind person, concerned with offering the best, and quick responses. It made our check-out flexible, and since the wi-fi was slow on account of the supplier company, it immediately provided a signal repeater that solved the problem. I would!

exceptional host, I've never had a host like that. Extremely kind, helpful and responsive, Rui is extremely professional and that's how to welcome. Rui was present upon our arrival to give us the keys. He generously offered us breakfast and then advised us on many activities and restaurants nearby. The quiet area with dunes and sea views, a great bed and a great shower, were fundamental elements of our experience in this apartment. The most unpleasant thing was the communication with those responsible for the accommodation: all the people I exchanged messages with were kind and diligent to respond but the fact that they referred us to a website asking for more data and more procedures (in addition to those provided here on Airbnb) made me angry and frustrated. In this process of exchanging messages I had to do what I consider a disproportionate effort for a simple booking. For the sake of the next guests, I hope you can improve on the simplification of the process! I appreciate the flexibility and kindness you had at check-in and check-out!

We had such a lovely stay and the property exceeded our expectations. In our view, the property is even better than the photos showed. The property had everything we needed. We had great fun on the paddle boards Susana provided. It is worth noting that the public beach (400m away) does get noisy with some loud music, but we still had a wonderful time. Susana was great and very helpful and always responded promptly. Thank you Susana!!

A beautiful Villa with a nice pool and barbecue outside we all love it we are definitely coming back again. Highly recommended.

Great place to get a real feel of local culture, while being across the street from the sea at the same time. The coast south is fabulous! We walked a lot. We had planned to go to Porto several times - we only made it once! We didn't want to leave. Anselmo and Bruno are great guys andfor sure are Super hosts!

Fernando went above and beyond to communicate with us! He was so friendly and made us feel right at home! He gave us a recommendation for dinner that was excellent! Directions were clear, he greeted us upon arrival and departure. His place was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed staying there for the night. Would return if we were in the area again!

The little house is a wonderful vacation spot. It is very lovingly and at the same time practically furnished. So you have everything you need. The location right by the sea is great. It is also good that there is a fireplace, it can be uncomfortably cold in the evening. I found the winter garden very practical, it heats up during the day and you can use the heat for the house. It also serves as the connection between the house and the bathroom - very well solved. We also used the barbecue a lot, especially since there is fresh fish in the fish shop around the corner. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

great location, easy access to the beach, loads of restaurants and cafes in walking distance. 20 minutes delightful walk to the transport to Porto. the apartment is spacious, with a beautiful view of the ocean as the pictures show. family of 4, enjoyed our stay. Everything went well :) The house is just like the pictures.

Pedro's apartment is like being on a boat, you will sleep with the sound of waves and you will have the feeling of being on the sea. Pedro welcomes you upon arrival, which is always appreciated and not a lock system that underlines the feeling of impersonal business. Also because it's his home, where he usually lives. He gives you recommendations and is available for any questions. Pedro is very attentive and very flexible when it comes to accommodating arrivals - we were driving 800kms - and we didn't know the exact arrival time. We also appreciated being able to leave our bags in the apartment longer, so we could take advantage and eat before going on a trip. We'd be back!

Great apartment and very clean. A quiet location and everything was as described. The apartment is very well equipped. It is also an ideal starting point for activities. Check-in and check-out worked smoothly. The only suggestion for improvement would be to also have a "set" of towels to change ;-) We'd love to come back to the beautiful accommodation!
