Monthly Rentals in Fanadix

The villa is outstanding & is exactly as it looks in the pictures. So much attention to detail with the all the soft furnishings & tastful decor it felt like a home from home. The gardens were well maintained & the grounds are fast allowing you to escape & find a quiet space if needed. All 10 in our party would have no hesitation booking a return visit. Car hire is a must though! - We had booked return private transfers as we hadn't planned on leaving the villa during our short stay except for an odd trip to the supermarket, its walkable within 30 mins downhill however trying to get a taxi back was nearly impossible, there only seems to be one taxi in the area & waiting time can be long as most of their business would be airport transfers to & from Alicante. Also car is a must to dispose of the rubbish it's quite a walk on a very narrow road to get to the bin disposal area. These are minor facts that we now know & would plan differently on our next visit...we will be back!

We had an amazing week in connection with a 50th birthday celebration! Casa Monte Verde is a great property that doesn't feel crowded at all for 7 people. Its view and its outdoor environment is absolutely fantastic and we had nice pool hanging as well as nice dinners outside. Inside, the house is very nice, with plenty of bathrooms and with a very good and well equipped kitchen. I highly recommend a stay here!
