Shopping center (Lagunen), groceries (Meny, Rema1000, Kiwi etc) and not least 50m from the lake and fishing opportunities. Lots of sea activities on the property after a trip to the city center. This charming old villa is situated at a beautiful small farm with a farmhouse, a ceramic studio with a woodkiln, and a family home . The farm is overlooking the fjord and glacier and the view is absolutely stunning. Ideal for families! Away from traffic we have a lovely atmosphere with animals, fruit trees, swings, and a lot of space. You find great hiking right off the doorstep. The grocery store is a 10 minute walk away, the marina as well. We can help organise renting a boat for fishing.
