The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It was quiet and comfortable. We would definitely go there again if we return to Portland.

We had a wonderful stay. Pat was very responsive and helpful, the place was comfortable, quiet and perfectly located. It was easy to come and go and the island is idyllic. We loved our first visit to Maine!

Great little place. We parked our car and trailer right in front of the house, had takeout and a few groceries delivered (I think we used DoorDash or GrubHub), and got rested up for the next leg of our trip. Hyeri was super kind and responsive.

We’ve stayed in 7 Airbnb’s since January, and Nicholas’ place is in our top 2 (and the only one that compares was a mansion overlooking Casco Bay.) Terrific, pristine space, beautifully and simply decorated, TWO bathrooms (!!!) great cooking kitchen, well equipped and stocked with everything we could think of. South Portland is fun with lots of things to do. We’d definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect stay for two people for a getaway in Portland! You'll get a quiet spot in a nice neighborhood that is walkable to anything you would want to do or see in town. Sharon and Eric were awesome hosts and their place was a great place to recharge each day after being out and about in Portland. Highly recommend you book here!

Our son, his girlfriend, my husband and I enjoyed staying at the cottage in late October 2024. The location was quite scenic as it overlooked Casco Bay, near Portland, ME. The host made suggestions that we followed (bringing firewood & blankets). The kitchen was equipped with utensils & coffeemakers. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed walking in the local preserve along the water and took advantage of visiting the Portland Museum of Art and eating at The Honey Paw, an Asian fusion restaurant.

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

Ned and Raechel were great hosts. We had a large party with kids ranging from 2-18 and there was plenty of space for everyone. We didn’t have to reach out for much, but when we did they were super responsive. The location is super close to downtown Portland. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be staying again when we’re back in the area.

If you’re looking for a place in Freeport, look no further! I cannot say enough nice things about this experience. 1. The location is literally just minutes from the outlets, restaurants, etc…BUT away from the main road so you feel a neighborhood vibe vs the down town vibe which is SO relaxing. 2. The home was immaculate. Sheets, dishes, floors, bathrooms…you name it, it was clean! We felt so comfortable letting our children play and be kids. 3. The hosts were incredibly responsive, even in the middle of the night! You can just tell they’re good people◡̈ 4. Everything was thought of, from baby shampoo, to paper towels, trash bags, kids books, even ice in the ice trays! Everything we didn’t know we needed was provided. 5. The furniture was super comfortable. Every person that stayed said their bed was amazing, even the couches felt like you could just melt into. I could keep going, but bottom line, this whole experience was 10 stars and I’d book again in a heartbeat. ♡︎

We had a great time at this rental. There was plenty of space for all of us and it was in a great location that provided easy access into Portland while also having a a great outdoor space for us to enjoy. Michael was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had and we would definitely rent again!

What a fantastic place to stay in Portland! Stephen's apartment is beautifully decorated, and is very well appointed. There was nothing that we needed while staying there! The apartment is so comfortable, was impeccably clean, and was the perfect home away from home. All the best restaurants, and some local favorites, are within walking distance. Lots of shopping and places to explore are also walkable. Stephen was an awesome host, he was very responsive, checked in to make sure we were happy and to see if we needed anything, and gave amazing recommendations for places to eat. We had such a wonderful time, and we look forward to coming back and staying here in the future. We highly recommend Stephen's place to stay!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

Great location! This condo was so close to everything it made getting around without a car super easy! Laundry is a great perk for longer stays!

Extremely clean and great location. It is located on second floor. If you have trouble with stairs, there is no elevator. Host provided clear instructions on check in and check out. She doesn’t require us to take out the garbage! !! She quickly responded to our questions and provided a great tourist book. Shower is amazing…I won’t spoil the surprise so book if you can!
