Vacation rentals with lake access in Falmouth

The house was as described and located in a very pretty, residential neighborhood. Comfortable for 5 adults, very clean and well equipped. A short walk took us to the pond. It was very peaceful with mallards and a couple of swans. Would rent this house again.

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

Great place for our girls weekend. Sadly the weather did not cooperate and we could not use the kayaks provided.

The house was as advertised. In a nice quiet area. The house was well set up and as advertised. We felt right at home for the weekend.

I had high expectations coming in, but this home exceeded them by far. The interior is spotless, the condition is great, you could see that the owners put a lot of effort into it with lots of nice little touches to improve utility and aesthetics. Eugeniya was super helpful the entire time, she and Rudy are awesome hosts. I want to point out that the location is also very nice. We liked the town, the restaurants, the beach (15-20 minutes drive), Mashpee Commons. Santuit pond is wonderful and provides some nice fishing spots. The big pleasant surprise was the Santuit Pond Reserve, it’s in walking distance and provides tons of great hiking opportunities. There are many other attractions nearby, I recommend visiting Heritage Museums & Gardens in Sandwich (20 minutes away). Overall we had the best time, I highly recommend this place!

The host was friendly and responds fast. The house has clean, comfortable, and located in a nice neighborhood. We had two cars and parking was very easy at this house. The host provided a binder with recommendations of places and restaurants to visit, which ended up being super helpful. There are many grocery stores, beaches, and shopping centers within a 10 minute drive from this location so it was perfect!

Susan and Gerry's place is a wonderful place to stay. It is clean, modern, well equipped and is in a beautiful setting. Their home is in a central place that allows you to access all the sites that the Cape has to offer. It is to get to the quaint town of Sandwich or access the wonderful beaches of the National Seashore. They provide a beach pass that allows free access to some of these beaches. Their home is a quiet setting with access to walking trails and a local pond with beach access. This is our second year at their home and we are looking forward to spending time next year. The house lived up to our expectations from the pictures. It was quiet and peaceful with restaurants and groceries within 10-15 minutes. Everything we could have needed was provided and we had a lovely stay in this beautiful home.

This was a perfect little spot we could escape to for the long weekend! We could have our dogs which was a huge plus for us and plenty of space to walk around for them - although it is on a small country road - it's not busy traffic wise at all which is great. It's an 8 min drive (or uber - easy to get) to downtown falmouth so you're super close despite feeling super private in nature. Would absolutely recommend.

We are already planning to return next year. This house was magical - the big open main room space with a lovely view of the pond was so relaxing to be in, we didn't want to leave. But the opportunity for our dog, Rooster, to go swimming steps from the house was a powerful draw to head outside. This is an area for people who like their privacy, nature and a quick walk to pristine and wild beaches. The simple-but-well appointed kitchen is perfect for spending time apart from the hustle and bustle of the outside world and enjoying good meals and great meals. Provincetown was :30 away and two great cafes (one French and the other the Salty Market) were about :15 away.

Bill and Trish were amazing hosts, and they made sure the place was exceptionally clean. They even had fresh flowers for us when we arrived.

Megan's place was amazing and we loved our 17 night stay! We often stay in AirBnB locations when we travel and this was really fantastic. The location is perfect - so quiet and peaceful BUT super-close to everything in the area. The unit also felt like it was brand new; everything was in amazing condition and very clean. It was also incredibly full of light, which was lovely. Megan was traveling while we were there but her parents were there in the neighboring house and WOW - they were the nicest, kindest, sweetest, loveliest people you could ever meet. They really made it feel homey. And unfortunately, my husband and I both had come down with some health issues and Megan and her parents were all SO helpful with recommendations for urgent care and dentists. Amazing people and an amazing AirBnB location. :) Oh, and the washer/dryer were top-notch! One thing to note is that you might want to bring a sleep eye-mask as it gets bright in the morning in the unit.

We had a wonderful time !!! Dave and Diana are great hosts everything was better than expected. They let us know that the apartment was ready for an early check in ( we really appreciated that) Such a comfortable home with a beautiful view!!!! The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was so easy living there we didn't want to leave. We were in the area to visit our grandchildren and having them over to the lake was perfect!!! God blessed us with beautiful weather and the house was stocked with beach towels, bug spray , sunscreen and snacks. Kudos Diana for thinking of everything👍 The grandchildren give the place a 5 star review and are calling it " our lake house" We only wish 😃 Thank you for sharing this wonderful place we hope to return again.

Excellent communication with KampKelley from check-in to check-out. House was just as advertised. Setting was peaceful and scenic and provided easy and convenient access to town when we wanted. Great spot to relax either inside or out. Will definitely consider this location again on a return visit.

Irie by the Lake was fantastic. The home is not only beautiful and perfectly designed and decorated, but it was the cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. Carol was super responsive and helpful. We are already planning to return.

Carol is a great host. We had a small issue with the front door screen locking up and she came over right away and let us in. She is very responsive and responsible. I forgot my medication when I left and she was kind enough to mail it back to me immediately. She has a been a great host and I hope more hosts are like Carol. It rained the whole time we were there so we did not get a chance to check out the lakes around there but I am sure they are great. There is a mall near by with bowling so we did that instead. Beautiful cottage with a cute outside area. Close to a park and a small beach. Super friendly neighborhood tucked away from the noise. Absolutely adorable homely place!

Leah responded to my booking request within minutes. This was so important because our previous reservations fell through. This was a last-minute booking and I’m so thankful that I was able to find such a wonderful location. Everything that was in the listing was accurate and we felt right at home after an easy check-in process. I cannot thank Leah and Brandon enough for their willingness to let us rent their beautiful cottage last minute. The home is fully stocked with anything that we may have needed. It was a little chilly, but the space heaters were enough to get us through the chilly nights. My kids and I were able to watch Halloween movies on the TV while gazing at the full moon from the skylight above in the living room. I’m looking forward to going back to Massachusetts in the future. There are so many different things that this town and surrounding towns offer.

We had such a peaceful and relaxing stay! The setting was incredibly serene, and we felt completely at ease the entire time. All of the amenities, especially the boats and kayaks, were very accessible, and we used them throughout our stay — it really made the experience special. We also loved spending cozy nights around the campfire, which added such a warm and memorable touch. There was so much for the kids to do, and they had a fantastic time as well! The host was so kind and welcoming, and communication was very easy from start to finish. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and it made for a truly wonderful getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, fun, and family-friendly escape!

It is just perfect, I loved everything about it, a little private, intimate paradise in the middle of the cape, it had everything to make our stay even better than we could’ve expected. We had so much fun and as well we found so much peace. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Cape Cod.
