Villa vacation rentals in Fajardo

We had a wonderful stay at Ramon’s place. The space is exactly as pictured. The kitchen is well stocked with all that you would need to cook. As many of said, the bedrooms are very small and only fit the bed with little room around. Only one bedroom has a closet. We only had two of us so we used one bedroom for our luggage and one for sleeping. There is one bathroom inside plus a full bathroom outside (shower, sink, toilet). I think you could manage with 4 adults +/- children but I wouldn’t want to do much more than that. The porch is a wonderful place to sit and look out over the water as well as the nicely designed pergola/seating area with a grill. The location is great to explore Fajardo, Las Croabas and many of the surrounding areas. Easy access to beaches and restaurants. Would stay here again!

I highly recommend staying at this Villa! It was absolutely beautiful with a stunning view! The room is spacious with an outdoor leading to the pool and patio area! Looks exactly like the photos! The Villa is very close to beaches and Luquillo kiosks! So many things to do in this area! Kevin is an amazing host! He is so helpful and response very quickly! His list of recommendations for beaches, restaurants and things to do in Luquillo was extreme helpful! Nothing but positive things to say about this SkySun Villas! Definitely book your stay here you won’t regret it!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb tucked away on a private dirt road—it really gave us that authentic small-town Puerto Rico feel. Place looked exactly like the photos and had an incredible view. The house had everything you could need, and the owners were super quick to respond/helpful. The only thing to note is that there was quite a bit of seaweed on the beach during our visit, but that’s just nature doing its thing. There are many beautiful, swimmable beaches within a short drive. Overall, a lovely stay and we'd definitely come back!

We have stayed at the Casitas before (in a different unit) and love the location. Lots to do from beaches, rain forest, boat trips or just lounging at the gorgeous pools. The place is beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds comfortable. Our two complaints were that it could get quite noisy as the balconies faced the road with golf carts going back and forth and we did lose power (no fault of the unit owner) and there is no back-up generator. We still had an amazing time, and in-truth was better without electronics!

Such an awesome inviting restful place! The pool is amazing and we always felt so secure! You want to live there in that apartment. It has everything you need chairs and towels for the beach. Washer and dryer so you don’t need too many clothes. It’s close to beach, el yunque and the Luquillo kiosks and your own parking spot. The top floor is the best with your own veranda! We highly recommend it for your stay.

We had an absolutely amazing time. Kelvin was extremely helpful every step of the way, would absolutely return if able. Kids had a blast in the pool, very relaxing atmosphere and beautiful place overall. 10/10!

We had an amazing time on this trip! The property was even better IRL and Jack was super helpful and responsive to any & all of our inquiries. This was my 1st time staying in Luquillo and look forward to many more trips; we'll definitely be staying here again! Each room was beautifully appointed and there were special touches wherever you looked. It was a great birthday trip!

The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful local tips and making check-in and check-out a breeze. The space itself was beautifully decorated, well-stocked with amenities, and located in a safe, convenient neighborhood close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. One of my favorite parts was the cozy outdoor patio—it was the perfect spot to relax in the evening. I also appreciated how quiet the area was at night, which made for restful sleep throughout the trip. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

We had a splendid time! Our hostest was very attentive, she answered every question we might've had before we even had a chance to think of them. She was definetly a 10/10. The view and the surroundings are just like no other, it's a hidden paradise. It's a overall perfect place to be with friends and family, we instantly felt at home. Thank you very much Yesi for making this weekend so special for our friends and family. Will most definitely be staying again soon!

Our family of 8 enjoyed a week long stay in Jose’s place. It was very spacious and the surrounding sounds of the rainforest were therapeutic! Jose is a very responsive host and sent us so many great suggestions for local events and great restaurant’s. We accidentally left something in the home and he made sure it got shipped to us—same day!! The pool was well maintained and spacious enough for all eight of us! Seating in the living room is a little limited but the huge dining room table seats 10! Our whole family agreed we would love to return to PR and to this same home!

Loved Arturo’s place. It could use some upkeep (better shades in ground floor bedroom so harder to see in from outside). But it’s a great place and love the location. Great stay.

We just returned from an amazing stay at this jungle‐hilltop retreat! The house itself is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly positioned to take in those lush mountain views—especially from the pool deck, where each sunset felt like a private show. Our hosts were wonderfully attentive, always on hand with thoughtful suggestions for local trails, dining spots, and any little thing we needed. As for the driveway, we’d heard it might be tricky, but in our small SUV it proved totally manageable—and honestly added a bit of adventurous charm. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone craving comfort, privacy, and spectacular panoramas!

This place is incredible. Multiple people in our group said they slept like a baby every night. Fall asleep to the sounds of Coquis and wake up to the sound of songbirds. We came in mid-March. It got a little chilly at night, and perfect during the day. So many people were asking me about the place when I posted on social media. We left yesterday. I already miss it.

Jose was great host and the place was absolutely beautiful. Very secluded and private with a private pool we enjoyed almost every evening. Was a nice treat to have a welcome basket with coffee and some snacks. We had an issue with the stove not starting and contacted Jose who got someone out there to fill up the tank the next day. If you are looking for a nice place basically in the rainforest and a short drive to San Juan (30-45 minutes) this is your place

Kevin was an amazing host. Very responsive, communicative, flexible, & helpful. We had a problem getting rental cars & he offered to pick some of us up & proceeded to wait at the air port for us. He waited over an hour past check in time for us. Then he met us at the gate and personally showed us the way to the BNB. He gave us a tour of the house & a bunch of local recommendations for different things to do. He was professional but also personable and was very easy going, down to earth. We had 10 people - 2 cars but only one clicker for the gate, he made arrangements to get us another clicker a couple days into the stay to make things easier on us. Our wifi was down first day & the owner got us a whole new set up the next morning. No matter the time I reached out with questions, I received an answer within a couple minutes. The area where the BNB is located is gorgeous, private, gated. Needless to say if you’re staying in Rio Grande this is going to be one of the best places to go.

Beautiful place! Nice size pool. No air in main living room and not much breeze but if you are okay with the heat, it’s totally fine. Also, make sure to include the correct amount of guests, even though it says it sleeps 14 or you will be charged extra.

This place is everything! This place is truly magical. I travel 60% of the year and most of those are in Airbnb‘s. This place is now in my top 10. The pictures don’t do it justice! We stayed here and hung out at this resort style home for the majority of our trip. There was no need to go anywhere other than the beach and tours. Communication was top-notch, and hospitality was stellar. I would recommend everybody stay here. Our family really had a spiritual experience in this beautiful home everything is as described or better.

Excellent location and place! Great amenities, pool, basketball, racket ball court. 2 min walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Clean and safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place, super helpful host! Location is awesome, close to beaches and rainforest but away from the crowds of luquillo. The condo is spacious and comfy with a bonus rooftop space for kids to play or cocktails for adults. Pool is great too!

We absolutely loved this place! Felt so safe and it was gorgeous. So close to so many fun things as well! Very responsive and sweet host- even brought us a baking sheet that we couldn’t find! Thanks again! See you again for sure!

Ocean Casa has one of the most gorgeous views you’ll ever experience! I could sit out on the veranda every day and take in the natural beauty of the ocean, smaller islands and the lovely town of Las Croabas. The house was comfortable and modern, and the pool was fabulous! Yadira was quick to respond to any questions or requests. Thank you for an amazing stay!
