Fantastic place, 7 min to the airport and 10 min to Ponta Delgada. Plenty of parking. The apartment had all amenities, good bathrooms and showers, and you can even see the ocean from the balcony. Sofia and Andre are wonderful hosts, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again next time.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Luis’s place. It was spacious and beautiful and very well located. Luis was very helpful and flexible with check in and check out, which was very much appreciated. We loved everything about this home, one thing to note is that we did see a large bug inside the home. It would not deter me from staying here again as it is a gorgeous home, but perhaps something worth mentioning. Thank you Luís for a lovely stay!

Great location with an awesome view! We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Easy drive to and from the airport and top attractions on the island. Highly recommend staying here if you visit the Azores!

The description is accurate. This is a nice renovated building. The floors, tile and outside stonework is nicely done. One night we had a problem with a piece of furniture and Baptiste resolved it early the next morning. Baptiste and his business partner are very professional and I wish them well.

Pedro's place was a cozy place in the middle of the beautiful Furnas surroundings. Pedro was helpful and provided a lot of information about the activities and restaurants at Furnas. and also thanks for the little intentions towards us at the place ! Thanks you very much!

If we could give this place more than five stars, we would! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and feels so cozy. The view from all rooms over green fields, Ponta Delgada, and the Azorean mountains is simply breathtaking. Everything is as shown on the pictures. The location is a nice 20-30ish min walk to the town (more pleasant downhill however). The surroundings felt residential, quiet, and safe. Carla herself is an exceptional host: she went above and beyond to accommodate our early check in, answered our questions immediately, checked in with us throughout the stay, and even made the effort to help us book cafés and a ride to the airport. Her hospitality and generosity make her already nice place a real gem!

I chose this apartment because of its proximity to grocery, cafes, and indoor parking included which allowed us to easily drive to outer areas of Sao Miguel. The apartment exceeded our expectations in terms of the sheer beauty. Had dinner on balcony several nights and explored local neighborhoods around the square. Highly recommend! Thanks to Bruno for the clear direction and responsiveness.

Manuela was there to greet us and show us around. She answered our questions and had local restaurant recommendations. ( Cais 20 was my favorites and within walking distance ) There also is another restaurant nearby Jardim do Mar, with a small play area for kids. The house was exactly as depicted and clean. The view of the water is amazing. This location is close to downtown and night life. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Tip top! Clear recommendation. :-) We spent 5 nights here and felt right at home. Very clean accommodation, a beautiful view from the terrace + jacuzzi overlooking the sea and super helpful and friendly hosts. The tranquility there is also indescribable. Here, however, you definitely need a rental car if you want to do other things, as you live far away from the big cities. That's exactly why it was perfect for us.

We had a great stay at Nuno’s place! The apartment was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Nuno was an amazing host—very kind and super quick to respond to any questions. The only downside was the noise from the street; there were parties with loud music almost every evening until 1 or 2 a.m., which made it hard to sleep at times. Still, if you’re okay with a lively atmosphere, this is a fantastic spot!

Absolutely breathtaking view of the coast. Lovely welcome basket with some local goodies and within walking distance of a nice little restaurant! Parking is limited and streets are tight so be prepared if bringing a car, there is a free lot right across the street. Small tourist tax will be charged that isn’t mentioned in the listing but overall a great place to stay! Thank you Fatima for sharing your home with us!

A very nice house, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped kitchen and the best of course the terrace with magnificent views over the Atlantic. The communication with Sven could not have been better, he informed us in advance, tips for supermarkets and restaurants were also available. A small path leads right next to the neighboring house down to a small beach with great rocks and beautiful surf, really great. We had a very nice time here! Clear recommendation.

We had a wonderful stay at Elisabete’s home! Her communication was excellent and always timely, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. She went above and beyond with her thoughtful recommendations for places to eat and must-see spots around the island, which truly enhanced our trip. The home itself was beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Plus, the location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful. Elisabete is a fantastic host and we’d absolutely stay here again!

The apartment fully matches its description. There are three proper bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two identical single beds. Additionally, there’s a bunk bed in the living room. The balcony is very beautiful, and there’s a parking space in a gated area, which is very convenient. The only thing to note is that the entrance to the parking is quite narrow, but we had a fairly large car and still managed fine. The hosts were very pleasant, responsive, and always quick to reply. The apartment was clean, and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this place for any type of guest.

Spacious apartmant with everything you might need. Place was very clean. Location was perfect, quiet town, centrally located. Having a dryer was a godsend because the island is very humid and it would take forever to dry clothes otherwise (we stayed with a child so we used washer/dryer a lot). Private parking space in front. Check in was smooth. Only thing, the blinds for the windows should be better, all the light came in the rooms despite of them (late sunset, lights from the street...).

We had a wonderful stay at Sara‘s apartment! The flat is very well equipped, in an ideal location and Sara did everything to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend!

Great apartment in an excellent location. Close to beach, supermarket, bar, cafe and on the bus line. Very quiet area. Our hosts were very gracious and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at this house! We felt welcome from the beginning and the house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was a small situation during our stay, nothing related to the house or the hosts, but they were still super quick and attentive to help, which we greatly appreciate. The location is also quite good: we could easily walk to what we needed. You have to walk a little, but it's good for you. Overall, it was a great experience and we recommend it without hesitation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nathan’s condo. Our day started and ended on the balcony, enjoying the ocean view, quite sure we even saw a pod of dolphins one morning! Kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need to cook some meals. Pingo Doce Supermarket is about a 2 minute drive and the beach really is a five minute walk. Very central location to get everywhere on the island - Nordeste was our furthest day trip and it took about an hour. Would definitely recommend!
