Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. You'll be within 20 minutes of area attractions like downtown, Spokane Falls, the Centennial Trail, and Green Bluff.

Property managers live on premises in a separate basement unit, guests will have their privacy.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.
