Monthly Rentals in Fairmount Heights

We really liked the house and enjoyed our stay! Eugene was very responsive when we had a question, and let us know to reach out with any issues. Towels were left on each bed along with a toothbrush and toothpaste, and snacks on the table. Check out instructions were easy and simple to follow, and not excessive (just bringing trash out and leaving dirty towels together, no unreasonable cleaning). The street was a bit steep, so just something to keep in mind if booking in the winter to have good tires, but would absolutely recommend and will try to stay here again if I travel to the area in the future!

Perfect little spot for my quick birthday trip in for world pride. Jide was an amazing host and this place fit all my needs and allowed me to come and go back and forth using the metro and Uber with ease getting to and from the festivities. Would gladly stay here again anytime I visit DC area.

Bob was an EXTRAORDINARY host! He was kind, great with communication, and provided extra amenities for us… which was much appreciated. He cared for our safety and while being, while also maintaining boundaries. I would 100% recommend Bob’s AirBnb and will be returning!
