It is located in a quiet neighborhood where you can enjoy the singing of birds and the breeze at any time. The neighborhood is safe and the neighbors are friendly. The pool is spacious. Parking is very convenient, free street parking is available in front of the door. This villa is built with double brick concrete, it is stable and durable, cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The 8 bedrooms are each equipped with individual split air conditioners to ensure a comfortable stay and prevent cross-contamination. The living room is equipped with a natural gas heater. The villa also has 2 full kitchens and 1 small kitchen, so you can cook inside and outside. Fully equipped with everyday utensils, the entire property is luxurious, elegant, comfortable, clean, and the surrounding view is stunning, loved by everyone. This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.
