Waterfront cottage just six minutes to historic downtown New Bern. Beautiful place on deep water Brices Creek excellent for swimming, boating, fishing, crabbing, kayaking. Enjoy your own private expansive sand beach right on the waterfront. Take a relaxing nap in our beach hammock or sit in one of our comfortable beach chairs with your toes in the sand and drink of choice in your hand. You also have use of a shared dock off to the side of the property.

Relax at the Sandpiper, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in New Bern’s Fairfield Harbour community. Perched on the third floor, enjoy marina views from the main balcony and watch the fishing pier and kayak launch from the side balcony—perfect for morning coffee. Dockside Daze is a beautiful waterfront home overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique, local shops. This property does not have sufficient parking for trailers. It is a perfect place to rest and relax and enjoy country, river life. The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.
