There is an elevated screened porch overlooking the woods below with seating for watching the wildlife and relaxing. Minimum age to rent is 18. My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix.
