I had a busy time at a conference and art opening, but Brittany's place was a great place to settle in and be restfully restored for the next day. Very friendly and helpful.

Jane and Earl’s home was perfect for my needs. Everything was exactly as described and very clean. This was my first experience staying in an Airbnb and they really made it easy and comfortable for me. I also enjoyed meeting their dog and kitty cats.

We were in CT &booked mult. accommodations for family for our son’s wedding! I’ve another son getting married in a few months & my sister’s son also got married this weekend in Florida! Our family has been crazy busy! Carla’s place gave me & hubby a separate respite…a little space of our own away from the venue, hotel, family and crazy, fun chaos!! We stayed the night before the wedding & I was within 10 mins of hair and nail appoints & the venue, and anything we needed! Carla communicated easily in the months leading up to the wedding. She provided us some extra time to check in early if we needed to. Her instructions were so clear, and it made everything seamless for these parents of the groom! Carla’s place is wonderful for busy travelers, weekend events and definitely convenient for alternative wedding accommodations for the Pond House Cafe If you want to be near everything, but have a little time & secret space from the festivities!

Nelson was a great and very responsive host! I would stay here again and again, there’s even private gated parking behind the apartments.

The list of rules on the place before visiting felt overwhelming and chances of remembering all was almost 0 but having the notes on the doors, floors and the handbook made it easy and made more sense. Had a great time no hiccups at all.

I had a great stay at Saskia's. The bedroom was clean, tidy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. It also had a nice desk where I could study after coming back from work. I loved that the room had lots of natural light because of a big window. Highly recommend!

There are not words to describe how helpful Brian was. He is super responsive and easy to communicate with. He always answered any questions or concerns I had about the apartment. The apartment is a must see. Its in a peaceful neighborhood. It is safe and secure. Great local restaurants--shopping malls and shopping centers. I stayed there for 11 days and was so sad because I wanted to extend but he was fully booked for the rest of June. My slowness in extending was someone elses gain because the apartment is "GREAT" I recommend it to anyone who wants to be in the downtown Hartford area.

Excellent place to stay! This was my second visit, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. The room in the upper floor is the best as you avoid unwanted noises (traffic, other people walking). They are also implementing a new system for the washer/dryer that allows you to pay with your cellphone, making it much easier to pay now. They are usually quick to answer and helpful. I recommend this place for sure.

Such a great space and place for a colleague and me on a short one night trip. With a cool fish tank too! Great amenities and very clean. Shy of arrival a garage spot opened and Dave was very helpful in providing that option for a small fee. Easier knowing you have a safe, covered and gated parking spot too! Although the area seemed really safe anyways. Great hospitality.

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Property was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. From the plush bedding to the well-stocked kitchen, was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a relaxing stay. Our host was exceptional.

The house was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is perfect! It's very close to downtown New Milford and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!

It was a safe and peaceful village. There is a convenience store nearby, and there are Korean grocery stores, CVS, and restaurants within walking distance. The bus stop is close and you can go to PABT without transferring. Most of all, the host is very friendly.

Will was pleasant, easy to reach for quick fixes and very communicative! He answered any questions we had and was incredibly helpful with locating the apartment as the map location was a little off. The apartment was beautiful, well decorated and clean! We stayed for 16 days and had little to no issues. I am confident anyone else would find this place to be worth the price!

Sheryl was great. I was in town for a conference and my schedule got thrown off by traffic on 95. She was very understanding and flexible with making my arrival time work. Once we met to get keys and a quick tour of the place she remained a phone call away but otherwise left us to enjoy the space. The other inhabitants of the place were very laid back and nice - that being said I was so busy with a conference that I was barely around. Not the Ritz but a HUGE savings over staying at any hotel downtown even if it's not right downtown. Splurge on some cabs and you are still saving money.

Cristina's home was great for our stay! She was extremely helpful even before we checked in, providing clear instructions on where to park and the location of the entrance. She even left out some toys for our son to play with during our time there. It's small space, but what we needed and exactly as described in the listing. We would absolutely stay here again, when we come back to the area!
