Enjoy this comfy townhome centrally located near I-95 and I-495. It is also 10 minutes to the Wilmington Riverfront and downtown attractions; less than 30 minutes to Philadelphia International Airport and Philadelphia Center City. This home has two spacious bedrooms- one which contains a queen bed and the other with two XL twin beds (that can be converted into a king bed upon request). The basement and one bedroom closet will not be accessible.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this property! From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just as described in the listing—if not better. The host was incredibly responsive and made check-in seamless. The space had everything I needed, from comfortable bedding to thoughtful amenities, and the location was perfect—quiet, safe, and close to everything. I truly felt at home and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay at Jacob’s house. His neighborhood is peaceful & quiet and it’s close to all of the necessities. It’s priced right for the value & experience. I’d highly recommend his place to someone looking for a good deal on clean & cozy experience.
