Very happy with my stay! Amy is an amazing host! Explained all the check in instructions very well. Quick to respond and make sure I had everything I needed. Everything was as described very clean, well stocked & comfortable :) the location is great very quiet & beautiful surroundings. Happy with my stay & will definitely be booking in the future again.

We had a wonderful stay at Erika’s place! She was a great host — very welcoming and thoughtful. The apartment had a stunning view that we really enjoyed, and it was clean and comfortable throughout. We also appreciated the extra touches like the stocked fridge and cupboard essentials, which made our stay even more convenient. Would definitely recommend staying here, and we’d be happy to come back!

We had a lovely stay on the river in historic Occoquan. The apartment’s location made it easy to walk to dinner and stroll around town. The place was comfortable and clean. The self check-in was easy with the video instructions, and Isabella responded quickly to questions and requests. We appreciated having access to the designated parking area (parking on the street gets tighter on weekend evenings). We were grateful for the coffee, which we believe should be a standard part of all Airbnb experiences. Other than the WiFi being a little spotty, we found everything very well prepared for our stay.

host was extremely proactive and gave us plenty of information before checking in. they followed up with us the day after to ensure everything was satisfactory. tea, coffee, fully equipped kitchen, laundry soaps and bathroom soaps. house was clean and looked just like the photos. walkable to all the great shops and restaurants, quick drive to all the other local things we wanted to do in dc and georgetown. overall great stay.

The house was beautifully decorated. Very stylish with all the amenities one would expect of a luxury property. Kitchen was fully outfitted with pots and pans, dishes, and silverware. Bathrooms had an abundant supply of towels. I needed more bathroom mats. Everything was outstanding!

A historical plaque mounted on a brick wall details Duvall's Tavern's significance. It highlights an event from December 31, 1783, when George Washington was celebrated by Alexandria's gentlemen for his return from the Revolutionary War.

A+++ Host Great location Fun house I misunderstood and thought there were four bedrooms instead of three bedrooms with a ballroom that could be turned into a bedroom but didn’t have a door. Nevertheless, we were wonderfully comfortable and we had a fantastic host.
