We're a family who fell in love with Pico Island and with Casa 3 Picos. The later, located in Santa Luzia is a 5 mn drive from the airport, 10 mns to São Roque , 15 to Madalena and 30 to Lajes. It's the perfect location for those wanting to tour the island. There is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The house, a stone building typical of rural Azores, dates to the early 20th century and was fairly run down. This is our project and we are going through it from our home in Lisbon.

Came here for 6 days peace and quiet break, beach & bars/restaraunts walkable. (On quiet roads) Near to airport, Mt Pico & Unisco World heritage area. Nice balcony/garden to chill on with great views of Mt Pico & Sao Jorge

Fabulous stay in this lovely house. Guiomar is a fabulous host, we were welcomed with baking and cookies which was lovely after a long journey and came back to help out when we had a problem.. Weather usually was better at the house than other places on the island and we enjoyed sitting outside watching the waves. Flexibility on departure was really appreciated as our flight was delayed 2.5 hours at short notice. Thank you

Thomas & Manuela were great hosts. It's all there to make you feel good. The swim is within walking distance right in front of the house, which is itself in absolute calm. they have two little companions Eva and Batman just as friendly as their masters. i highly recommend this place.

Our vacation with Grandma and Grandpa was a great experience on the island of Pico and in the wonderful house of James. The house with pool was our favorite in the selection, so there is something for everyone. View, swimming area, pool, cozy retreats in the house and in front of it. It has everything you want. Only the weather cannot be influenced and therefore we still have an account to settle with Montana de Pico. That's why we'll come back and, if possible, definitely to James'.

We felt right at home on Maresia's board. She took us everywhere we wanted to go, even if she had to fight at the cowroads. We had a clear starry night, a beautiful sunrise with top views of Pico, quiet evenings and beautiful excursions. Andresa and Bruno welcomed us very nicely and had prepared a great surprise for our honeymoon. That was really a highlight of our trip.

being hosted by Romana made us feel at home: her house is immersed in a beautiful garden where she has chickens, super friendly cats and various aromatic plants as well as a vegetable garden. She is always available to have a chat or give some useful information about the area. Almoxalife beach is very close as well as the center of Horta. Highly recommended accommodation and host

The house was very nice! Especially the kitchen was very equipped and there was everything you would need (even local liquors and figs from the tree in the garden). Sandra is very helpful and did fix minor issues in no time. You can view the ocean from the balcony and the surrounding area is exceptionally beautiful. Sandra also made it possible for us to check out later, which made our return mich easier. Would come back!

The house is very well equipped and furnished. The terrace above the sea permits fine breakfasts and lunches..... The house is close to the beach of Faja. The little restaurant/grocery Rumar is very conveniently in the centre of Praia da Norte. Horta is at 30 minutes and airport at 15 minutes by car. A car is necessary. One is very kindly and efficiently welcomed directly at the airport....
