Located at lake in a rural village, yet very close to city Kranj (7' by car), Ljubljana (20'), Lake Bled (30') and Postojna cave (1h). Ideal for families traveling by car since it has a central location from where most points of interest are reachable in an hour. Not suitable for a party or public transport users.

To the north, from the terrace, you have a clear view of the Gerlitze skiing area, to the south, from the balcony, you can see "our local mountain" Mittagskogel. Faak am See is only a 10-minute drive from the Villach traffic hub. In summer, this region offers countless opportunities for swimming and hiking, and in winter, skiing in the border triangle.

Our house is located in Bled, wonderful town in Slovenia, known for its outstanding nature, lake with an island and a castle above. Our place built by my grandparents is just 3 minutes on foot from the lake in a nice green,warm neighborhood. We believe the relaxed atmosphere of our home makes our guests feel welcomed. Guests can easily interact with each other since we can host up to 20 people. Neighborhood with kind and humble people. Great place to get in touch with nature.
