House Eden has a beautiful view of mountains from all rooms and has a nice garden where you can rest in shadow. It is ideal for two families, as it has two bathrooms, next to three bedrooms on the first floor and a toilet, on the ground floor. There is also a large bedroom for kids, with a playing area. The kitchen and a dining area are really large, with everything you need to prepare a larger feast. In the living room there is a TV and Wi-Fi. The house is close to Bled - 15 min on foot.

The city center is 30 min walk away. We provide bicycles which make the transportation enjoyable and fast. For easier further exploration we strongly recommend you rent a car.

It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.

Offering respite from the crowds, yet conveniently close to enchanting Bled Lake, this retreat accommodates up to 5 guests. Unwind in the spacious garden, perfect for al fresco dining—a serene haven for families, friends, and couples alike. Note that the apartment is situated at the bottom of a valley, but the sun still shines on the property for most of the day.

The newly renovated cottage is about 55 square meters and has a beautiful bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (160 × 200 cm). In the combined living room/kitchen there is a cozy sofa bed, smart TV, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all amenities: large fridge, dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, oven, normal coffee maker, kettle, etc. are available. On cold winter days, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere.

Our accommodation is only 4 km from Velden am Wörthersee. The Gerlitze ski resort can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Klagenfurt and Villach are also only 20 minutes away, making it easier to explore the surroundings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy double bed and a pull-out living area for up to 4 people. The bathroom offers a bathtub and shower, and a desk is available. Welcome to our home! 🙂

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
