Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Fa Ham

Stunning villa, beautiful walking in the surrounding village and countryside, close enough to Chiang Mai but just far enough to feel away from the hustle of the city. 7/11 close by for all your needs, lot's of local restaurants near by. Host's really helpful and responsive. If I'm back there again I would certainly revisit.

Really lovely architectural design. You can tell that every aspect was made with intention and the aesthetic is really pleasing. The lighting is the best feature. In every room, the lighting is thought out, even in the garden bits, and the placement use of natural lighting is good.

Noey’s house was amazing! We wish we could have stayed longer. Probably one of my favorite Airbnb‘s we’ve stayed at. A lot of privacy yet still close to everything. The pool was amazing and she even arranged for us to get a ride back to the airport. Would 10 /10 recommend and stay here again

Very happy with this villa. The team who greeted us on arrival and departure were so friendly and welcoming. Lovely location in a Thai neighbourhood so felt very safe and Chang mai mall was only 6 minutes away so very convenient.

Is there another accommodation that was this good? Even if you give 1000 points out of 5, it's not enough. It's too spacious for 2 people, but it's the best place for 3 or more people! I told Rath, but it's much better in real life than in the photos. (I asked for an update, but I think they left it as it is, saying that there are cases where people are disappointed when they see the actual product) Features 1. Free airport pick-up/drop-off The flight from Korea to Chiang Mai was delayed, but it was a very comfortable trip because you provided a pick-up and drop-off service even at a late hour.(Stay here without moving to another accommodation and return home) 2. Accommodation condition It was a traditional wooden accommodation, so it was really emotional and special. I heard that the host, Rath, is renovating the house where his mother-in-law lived. I was even more grateful and used it with care, knowing that it was a precious space for the family. I also liked the spacious space divided into the first and second floors. 1st floor has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, dining table, living room, kitchen, backyard washing machine (detergent, fabric softener available) The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a large TV and a living room space It's made up like this, All the beds were king or queen, and there were blackout curtains in every room, so I slept comfortably. The shower pressure wasn't that strong, but It wasn't uncomfortable to have long hair Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, toothpaste, cotton swabs, everything was nice.😀 The product was a local product, and it was better because you gave me a new product instead of a refill. I changed the shower filter, and it was much less dirty than other areas, so I was very satisfied. 3. Quick contact, local feedback I contacted them frequently through messenger, etc. for inquiries, and they answered very quickly, so I reflected various local information (restaurants, traffic conditions, etc.) in my travel itinerary. It was so nice. Since he worked as a flight attendant in the past, he was good at English, so there was no difficulty in communicating. 4. Linked services I was introduced to the private tour of Doin Tanon, and even the driver was so kind. I was completely satisfied! I was able to use the massage in the front building at a reasonable price. Local massage is also good. Try it! If it's this much, they'll say that I'm from Rath's family! The house was exactly as described, and the owner and housekeeper were in close contact with us, preparing a lot of steamed water for us to use during our stay

What an amazing experience and worth every penny! The location was ideal for getting where we needed to be, we felt secluded and safe while still in a convenient place to enjoy the bustling city. it really was an oasis to come home to after long hot days. We hope to return to Thailand someday and absolutely want to stay here again. The communication, the accommodations, and everything in between was absolutely everything we were looking for and needed for our stay in Chiang Mai!

Everything was perfect! Quickly responding host who really helps you when needed. Only pity about a not so well cleaned stain. Especially on the white bedding

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

our stay at the villa was everything as described. it is an amazing place tucked in a rural setting. This was where our challenge laid. the villa was amazing, sadly Chang Mai was not the right choice for us. We sadly chose to leave early. however the entire transaction was nothing short of amazing and respectful. I would highly recommend this experience to those seeking a quiet escape. We are grateful for all the efforts that went into accommodating and facilitating our change of direction. We once again wish to thank Sirapatson and the Air B&B team for everything they did to help us find an incredible out come for our holiday! We had a wonderful time staying at Baan Sawan. Everything was perfect from the hot tub to the kitchen, the super comfortable and clean beds to the swimming pool. Getting a Grab taxi into town was simplicity. Mrs Tik made recommendations, organised massages and was incredibly warm and friendly.

Beautiful location, high quality rooms and idyllic climate high up in the hills. Only issue is getting transport to other places because of how remote it is.

We had a fabulous stay at this guesthouse. Min and Fun were very welcoming and happy to help with any requests. They immediately made us feel at home. The guesthouse is right on the banks of the river and the gardens are beautiful. It really does feel like a piece of paradise. After a couple of weeks of travelling we really appreciated the quiet location and beautiful pool. They even had a sauna and steam room for us to use! The bungalows are very large and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was continental style and very generous. The guesthouse is only 15 minutes from town. We were picked up here for a day with elephants with no problems. We also used grab to get around. Highly recommended!

One of the nicest stays we have been to this holiday. It's a bit expensive but you really get 100% value for money because the space is beautiful! Very large and incredibly friendly staff. The associated restaurant is incredibly beautiful and the view is unprecedented

A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! The host communicates in a super timely and friendly manner, patiently answering questions from booking to check-out. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Chiang Mai again!
