The sliding door between the kitchen and the living room provides a separated sleeping area on the convertible couch. Both the bedroom and the living room windows open to the beach and boast a splendid view. The bedroom comes with a small ensuite shower room and and a walk-in wardrobe with a safe. Free indoor parking in the neighbour building.

Isidore's house

Isidore's house, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance that is totally independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance, a small table allows you to eat in the shade of the wisteria. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom are accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the bedroom gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view of the bay of Eze.
